Dear friends:
Hello, guys. Now I will take you to visit the world-famous langmusi. Let me briefly introduce langmusi here.
Langmusi is located in langmusi Township, 90km south of Luqu, on the Bailong River at the northern foot of Golmangliang, a branch of Xiqingshan Mountain, and at the junction of Gansu, Qinghai and Sichuan provinces. Langmusi is a Tibetan Buddhist temple.
"Langmu" means "fairy" in Tibetan, so it is named because there are rocks in its caves that look like graceful girls, and people call it a fairy.
There is a tiger cave behind the temple, which is called "Dehe Cang" in Tibetan, so the name of the temple can be translated as "Fairy in the Tiger Cave".
Langmusi and Geldi Temple in Sichuan are separated by Bailong River, which was very popular in their early years. Destroyed by 1969, restored year by year. There is a mountain in front of the temple, which looks like a monk's hat. The red gravel rock wall in the east of the temple is towering, and the stone peak in the west of the temple is tall and rugged. A large pine forest at the foot of the mountain is lush.

Hello, tourists!
Today we visited langmusi, which is located in the south of the source of Taohe River, the birthplace of Bailong River, at the junction of Gansu and Sichuan provinces, 90 kilometers south of Luqu in Gannan, with an average elevation of 3,350 meters. When I first heard the name langmusi, I thought it was the name of a temple, but it was actually the name of a amorous feelings town. Langmusi is named after Gansu and Sichuan, two cities in langmusi. Langmusi is not a single temple, but consists of langmusi in Amdo, Gansu Province and Geerdi Temple in Sichuan Province. The full names of these two Tibetan Buddhist temples are langmusi. In two Tibetan Buddhist monasteries, a mosque stands quietly.
The Lama Temple and the mosque exist separately; Sun Buddha, worship, local people convey their belief persistence in different ways. The stream you see now is the dividing line between Gansu and Sichuan. Although the width of the stream is less than 2 meters, it has a very imposing name "Bailong River", such as the Tibetan translation of "Baishui River". The boundary of this stream once again connects the two provinces, blending Tibet and Hui, two peaceful ethnic groups. The fork in the road where we are standing now is the fork in the road between Gansu Temple and Sichuan Temple. Please look at our right hand side. Located on the north bank of the stream, the resplendent temple belongs to langmusi in Amdo, Gansu Province, and the place where the prayer flags are floating on the mountains in the distance is the celestial burial platform. The main temple we visited today is the "Geldi Temple" belonging to Sichuan, and for the sake of simplicity, we call it Sichuan Temple directly. Now please come with me to the Sichuan Temple.
Langmusi is a Tibetan Buddhist temple, which was founded in A.D. 1748. Its founder, the first Chihuahua Shen Jia Ge Sang, was ordained to become a monk at the age of1/kloc-0, went to Lhasa to study law at the age of 27, and became an excellent university scholar at the age of 50.
At the age of five, he worked as a teacher in Tibet's Gadan Temple for eight years, during which he made it widely known. Debate, writing books, making outstanding achievements, becoming a household name, and being respected by monks. In A.D. 1747, at the age of 70, he returned with the permission of the Seventh Lama Ge Sang Gyatso at the repeated request of his hometown people, so he promoted Buddhism and founded the langmusi. On September 1756, Shen Jia, the living Buddha of Ge Sang, sat unsteadily with his hands folded in langmusi No.5, indicating his death. After that, the living buddhas in langmusi inherited and carried forward the great wish of the First Saichi Living Buddha to spread Buddhism, and they all devoted themselves to the cultivation of Buddhist nature, and made great achievements, which had a far-reaching impact on the whole Tibetan area and even the world's Buddhist community. After the creation and expansion of the Living Buddha, there are now four schools in langmusi: Faculty of Literature, Continuing College, Time Wheel College, Medical College and Printing College. Now our Sichuan Temple was built earlier than Gansu Temple. The first small temple built by the living Buddha at the mouth of Mona Canyon is the prototype of today's Geerdi Temple. Geerdi Temple is quite famous in Tibetan areas, because there is a body stupa of G V living Buddha in the temple. It is said that it is the only one of all Tibetan Buddhist temples with the body of a living Buddha, while all other Tibetan Buddhist temples only have Buddhist bones and relics enshrined in the stupa. Now please look at these buildings around us. what do you think? Yes, they don't have the splendid feeling of the temples in Gansu that we saw before. There are no gilded roofs and solid red walls. The shape of the whole building is a very frugal and simple feeling, mostly with silver roofs or ordinary gray tiles. Why is this? Everyone must be curious, why are there so many temples in the same place? This is because the belief held by the living Buddha in Sichuan Temple G is different from that held by the living Buddha in Saichi, Gansu Temple, which is separated by a river. G's living Buddha thinks that spiritual cultivation is the most important thing for practitioners, not external cultivation, and the satisfaction of the mind is far greater than some external environments; However, Saichi Living Buddha thinks that both spiritual cultivation and external cultivation need to be paid equal attention. Therefore, the architecture of temples in Gansu is more magnificent, while the architecture of temples in Sichuan is relatively simple and simple. In front of us is the largest building in the temple-Dajingtang, which is mainly used for holding large-scale religious activities. For example, the four-year Dafa meeting and the debate activities. So what is the argument? As we all know, the practice of Tibetan Buddhism is divided into Xian Zong and Tantric Buddhism. Xianzong's practice is relatively relaxed, and he usually studies astronomy, geography and religious history. Tantric Buddhism is the practice after learning the content of Xian Zong. Tantric Buddhism mainly pays attention to the word "enlightenment", which is based on the fate of the Buddha and his own understanding. When a monk practices for a period of time, he will invite other monks to argue with them. Argumentation is to convince others with the true meaning of Buddhism understood by monks themselves. If the problems raised by others are solved one by one, the status level of monks will rise. If the questions raised are not answered, then monks still need to learn and "realize". In the temple, you can see many foreigners, who are believers who come to consult or debate the scriptures. Having said that, I also want to tell you that there are many monks who can speak foreign languages in langmusi, and monks who can speak English, French and German abound. Please continue to walk with me. We're going to climb this hillside. The hall you see now is the place where monks preach Buddhism on weekdays. As you can see, this hall is no exception, giving people a very simple feeling. You can go in and listen to the monks' teachings, but remind everyone not to step on the threshold when entering the door, because the threshold of the temple is in the eyes of Buddhists.

Langmusi is a small town under Luqu in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. A stream flows through the town. Although the width of the stream is less than 2 meters, it has a very imposing name "Bailong River", such as the Tibetan translation of "Baishui River". The north bank of the brook is langmusi, and the picture bank of langmusi on the south bank belongs to ruoergai county, Sichuan. langmusi, Amdo warehouse in Gansu, faces Geerdi Temple in Sichuan across the river. The border of a small stream connects two provinces, blending Tibet and Hui, two peaceful ethnic groups. The Lama Temple and the mosque exist separately; Sun Buddha, worship and people on both sides of the stream convey their persistence in faith in different ways.
The legendary Queen Mother of the West is the chief ancestor of the Chinese nation. Nu Wa, the goddess of Wushan, and Yanwu, the grandmother of Ba people, are all branches of the Western Queen Mother's Department. The Western Queen Mother tribe takes the tigress as the totem, also known as the goddess of Hei Hu. The original meaning of Langmu in Tibetan is "a fairy in a tiger's den". The border area between Sichuan and Gansu, where langmusi (Tiger Temple) is now located, has been a sacred place for people of all ethnic groups in Sichuan, Gansu and Qinghai to worship the goddess Hei Hu since ancient times. After the rise of Tibetan Buddhism, the temple has been built there for thousands of years, but it is still named "the fairy temple in the den of the tiger"-langmusi. Moreover, in the big temple across the two provinces, the most respected by the people is not the Buddha in the sky, but the legendary old grandmother Lang (Tibetan tiger) Mu (Tibetan woman), whose original cave is a holy place in the holy land. The spring water gushing out of the cave is the source of Bailong River, one of the main sources of Jialing River.

taktsang lhamo kirti gompa
Geldi Temple is located in the Sichuan part of Langmusi Town. The 5th G Living Buddha Hall in the temple is the essence of langmusi's scenic spots. It is amazing to worship the immortal body of the living Buddha for hundreds of years after his death.
However, the temple of the flesh can not be seen at any time. It is opened every three to five times, and only tourists from Buddhism can see it.
Besides, there are many temples worth visiting in Geerdi Temple, which has a history of more than 600 years, and each temple has a fantastic story. You can find a local to tell them one by one and feel the magic of religious stories.
Bailongjiang gorge
The entrance of Bailong River Gorge is located in the deepest part of Geldi Temple, where you can take a walk or ride a horse. There are many strange rocks around the canyon, and the landscape is strange and beautiful. There are several grasslands for picnicking in the canyon, as well as landscapes full of religious fantasy stories such as "Fairy Cave", "Tiger Cave" and "Yin Zhongdong Cave".
From the end of the canyon to the top of the mountain, you can also see a beautiful panoramic view of the whole town of langmusi.
Ganden Saichi Temple
Ganden Saichi Temple, near Gansu, has a magnificent building, and each hall is gilded. The morning mist fills the air, but the hall is resplendent and magnificent, which is very suitable for photography.
There is a celestial burial platform behind the temple. If the family of the deceased agrees, they can go to watch the celestial burial. It takes about 40 minutes to climb the mountain from the back of the temple.
Celestial burial only happens after the death of local people. It is not recommended to watch such a scene in which family members hold funerals for the deceased.

We took a long bus ride today. My father told me that we would run from Gansu to Sichuan soon. I wonder, are we going to mom's hometown soon? In the car, it hurts to sit down. My father said it was called: My body is in hell and my eyes are in heaven.
Our car followed the gravel road across the grassland, climbed mountains and looked forward through the window. Rows of houses and temples are scattered along the river and hillside. Pine, cypress, flowers and green grass complement each other with red walls, blue tiles and red cliffs. Not far away, a bright river, with smoke curling up and fog rising on both sides of the river. In the distance, the mountains are towering and misty, and I think of "birds flying high and lonely clouds coming alone." After several twists and turns, we arrived at today's destination-langmusi.
Walking in the street here, all you see are tanned Tibetans and many lamas. The roadside shops sell all Tibetan souvenirs that I have never seen before. We ate yak meat, drank mutton offal soup and chewed whole sheep here. It was really delicious.
This is the junction of Gansu and Sichuan. There is a grand canyon called Namo Canyon. Enter the valley 100 meters and you will arrive at the Fairy Cave. The hole is covered with prayer flags and mani piles, and the hole is covered with hada of various colors. There is a stream winding down in the canyon, and a dam blocks the stream into a small lake. The lake is clear and blue, and there is no wind in Xu Lai. There are many small fish living in the lake, playing freely in the lake, and the cliffs on both sides are reflected in the lake, which is gloomy and terrible. It's drizzling, and the small lake is embedded in the valley like a precious mirror. Walking along the shore of the lake, the road gets narrower and narrower. When you turn the canyon, you will see the source of the stream. The source gushed from several springs on both sides of the cliff and dripped under the gravel beach clearly and shallowly. This is real pure water. Locals call this spring holy water, the source of Bailong River. They bathe in this stream. When this stream flowed into the town, I thought it was a small ditch, but I didn't expect it to be a river. I stepped on the stream, but I didn't expect to be standing in the water of Bailong River.
There is a mysterious place on the hillside behind the town. My father said it was the only celestial burial platform that Tibetans in China could visit. I'd like to see it, but my father won't let me go by myself.
We have lived here for two days and feel that the people here are very hospitable, although I don't understand a word.
