The first stage (August 20 13-May 2065438+04): Publicity and launching, organizing reading practice activities. On the basis of commending and summarizing the last activity, all localities forwarded the activity documents in time to publicize and launch the activity. Organize primary and secondary school students to read the knowledge book "Beautiful China My Chinese Dream" and participate in the practice. According to the specific situation of students' participation in reading and practice, guide students to write compositions, hold a speech contest and hold a "Beautiful China" photo contest, which will be selected and commended according to the primary school group and the middle school group respectively. All localities will submit the selection list (with special prize essay, special prize photographic works and activity video materials) to the Office of the Organizing Committee of National Theme Education Activities.

The second stage (2065438+June 2004): national composition marking. The Organizing Committee of the National Theme Education Activities conducts unified selection according to the materials submitted by all localities, and decides the commendation list.

The third stage (2065438+July 2004): speech final, "Beautiful China" photo exhibition and national commendation meeting. The final speech, the "Beautiful China" photo exhibition and the national commendation meeting will be held in the middle and late July.
