Which community in Yanqing is cost-effective?

The area around Gaota Community in Shangshuyuan Community has a good terrain and is close to schools (primary and secondary schools), hospitals, supermarkets, banks and post offices. There are parks and hot spring resorts in the north, and new cultural centers, museums and Xinhua Bookstore in the west. It is also convenient for children to go to school, and this street is relatively prosperous. Shangshuyuan has 120 board building, 80-90 tower, street-facing business. Gaota Community is an old building. Buildings about 10 years ago are of course cheaper than Shangshuyuan, mainly distributed in the north and south of Shangshuyuan. The two communities are basically connected.
