Zhang Award-winning Works Exhibition

Zhang, male, from Yuzhong, Gansu, now works for Lanzhou EHV Power Transmission and Transformation Company of Gansu Electric Power Company. Member of China Electric Power Calligraphers Association, member of Gansu Calligraphers Association, director of Gansu Young Calligraphers Association, vice chairman of Lanzhou Young Calligraphers Association, deputy secretary general of Lanzhou Calligraphers Association, associate professor of calligraphy department of Lanzhou University for the Aged, and consultant of Lanzhou Democratic Party Art Federation.

His calligraphy works have won the first prize of Gansu Workers' Fine Arts Calligraphy Photography Exhibition (2004), the first prize of Lanzhou Calligraphers Association Annual Exhibition (2004), the May 1st Cultural Award of All-China Federation of Trade Unions (2005), the second prize of the first Fine Arts Calligraphy Photography Exhibition of State Grid Corporation (2006) and the "Love Activity" of Gansu Electric Power Company. First Prize of Staff Calligraphy Art Exhibition of Gansu Electric Power Company to commemorate the 30th anniversary of reform and opening up (2008).

Calligraphy works entered the exhibition: the first calligraphy exhibition in Gansu Province (2006), the fourth calligraphy exhibition for young and middle-aged people in Gansu Province (2006), the fifth calligraphy exhibition for young and middle-aged people in Gansu Province (2008), the painting and calligraphy exhibition for the 30th anniversary of reform and opening up in Gansu Province (2008), and the painting and calligraphy exhibition for employees of Gansu Electric Power Company.

In 2006, he was invited to hold a personal calligraphy exhibition in Yuzhong, and published Zhang Calligraphy Collection and Zhang Calligraphy Desk Calendar.
