What is a spaceship?

All kinds of aircraft that can fly in the atmosphere are collectively referred to as aerospace vehicles (spacecraft), which are referred to as instruments that fly in the earth's atmosphere.

Aircraft are divided into three categories: aircraft, spacecraft, rockets and missiles. Flying in the atmosphere is called aircraft, such as balloons, airships and airplanes. They fly by the static buoyancy of the air or the aerodynamic force generated by the relative motion of the air.

Flying in space is called spacecraft, such as artificial earth satellite, manned spacecraft, space probe, space shuttle and so on. Driven by the launch vehicle, they get the speed needed to enter space, and then rely on inertia to do orbital motion similar to celestial bodies.

Extended data:

Judging from the research and development plans of aerospace aircraft in various countries, the primary driving force for the development of aerospace aircraft is military demand. Space plane is flexible, cost-effective and fast, and can perform many tasks that other equipment can't.

Its response speed is very fast, and it can reach any place on the earth to carry out combat missions within two hours after taking off from a country. For big countries that need to safeguard their own interests on a global scale, space planes can quickly respond to crises in any region and launch sudden attacks on the enemy.

At present, the relevant international treaties limit the airspace to the space below 100 km, while the space above 100 km is "public airspace", and aircraft of various countries can fly freely. When performing military tasks, space planes can climb to more than 100 km, fly over other countries without causing international disputes, and then lower their altitude after reaching the war zone.
