About double inspection

Double inspection includes self-inspection and mutual inspection.

Self-inspection: the inspector checks the test data by himself.

Mutual inspection: two or more inspectors check each other's data interactively and verify them.

The purpose of double inspection is mutual supervision, multiple checking computations and strict checks, so as to better ensure accuracy.

In the process of operation, the inspector of double inspection should exclude all external factors such as the relationship between superiors and subordinates, the relationship between new and old colleagues, the relationship between parents and children, the relationship between teachers and students.

Before, we joked that the machine was "disowned by six parents", so we asked the inspectors to be "impartial", which is a basic quality and a rigid system that must be strictly observed and maintained.

In many inspection practices, it shows that the first conclusions of qualified inspectors can be basically the same, for example, taking a group of 20 samples as an example, in which:

1. 12 pieces have exactly the same year;

Two, there are five small differences (1-2) years, which can be ignored or revised again;

Three, there are two big differences (tens to hundreds of years) can be corrected by mutual test or reasonable explanation of superimposed information.

4. There are 1 pieces with large differences (tens to hundreds of years) that cannot be corrected by mutual inspection, and no reasonable basis is found for the superimposed information. It is classified as pending (re-inspection can be applied).

Generally speaking, double check can improve the accuracy of confirmation. And expose and find problems in time to attract attention and avoid mistakes. Is desirable.

Because the information of some cultural relics is complicated, it may be due to technological reasons, preservation environment reasons, friction cleaning reasons, or nameless reasons. We should be patient and not jump to conclusions.

Occasionally, two data will appear in the initial inspection of double inspection, and the reasons need to be investigated in time.

1, pay attention to whether it is the same detection point; 2. Whether the carcass and glaze are different (sometimes the glaze at the same inspection point is different);

3. Whether there is a second excavation;

Find out the reasons, sum up the rules, reduce differences and strictly avoid frequent differences.

If there are differences in the initial inspection of the double inspection, first of all, we try to eliminate the differences through self-inspection and mutual inspection.

When the differences between the re-inspection and the initial inspection cannot be ruled out temporarily, the inspector may reserve opinions. Signals and superimposed information that are not fully demonstrated can only be filled in with "unknown reasons" after reviewing the data, and cannot be interpreted far-fetched.

When conducting mutual inspection, we should avoid emotional conflicts and interference. Don't doubt your own ability, don't doubt the ability of the same group of inspectors, and don't doubt the trust of our customers.

Because of what? Ability and trust are not reflected overnight or at one time.

After all, the difference between the two inspections is accidental and the probability is very small. If there are many differences and the probability is high, of course, we should consider retraining, or check whether the machine is faulty or other factors.

No matter what detection method, it is to solve the problem. Double inspection helps to expose problems in time, not cover them up.

Otherwise, every pair is the same, giving in to each other, and there is no difference. That is not as good as one person, so why waste manpower, material resources and time?

When problems arise, we will make every effort to study, investigate and overcome them. Even if it can't be solved, then draw a question mark and solve it later. You can solve it yourself if you can. If there is no condition, let others, superiors and future generations solve it, and don't hide it.

For inspectors, it is to solve problems; It is wrong to cover up the problem.

Although double inspection is definitely more troublesome than single inspection, we are not afraid of trouble. What if the customer is afraid of trouble? That is to persuade them not to be afraid of trouble.

From the customer's point of view, I hope to have a unique and accurate answer. But after all, it is better to seek truth from facts.

We are fully capable of providing high probability, more than 90% detailed and reliable accurate data. Then the remaining small probability anonymous information, less than 10% of incurable diseases, seems regrettable, but it may actually be more valuable.

Because in the case of small probability, you often find some information with special value. So, don't avoid differences, but patiently explain to customers. First, we are trying to understand, and second, please forgive our limited level. Don't insist, don't argue.

Products that you really don't understand can be cancelled for free. You can also suggest re-examination another day.
