Why does Nikon have no color drift function?
The color drift function is a special function in some cameras. It is usually used with the built-in fine-tuning button or control panel to fine-tune and adjust the color offset of the camera, such as dark brown and highly saturated color styles in some classic movie performances.
However, not all camera brands and models support this function, and Nikon cameras do not have this function. Usually, camera manufacturers will consider many factors when designing cameras, such as the processing capacity of image processor, the sensitivity of sensors, noise control, etc., so as to choose the color processing flow that best suits the needs of users.
The camera brand selection software also has color processing function to replace the color adjustment function on the camera.
Therefore, even if there is no built-in color drift function on Nikon camera, users can still adjust the color and tone of the picture through post-software processing.
