Last semester ended successfully and was widely praised by all teachers and students.

1. Exchanging items that are not commonly used at ordinary times through the flea market, which is a safe and standardized platform, can not only enable students to get inexpensive items, but also reduce the chance of being cheated.

2. Help the students who participated in the activity to be familiar with the market operation process and cultivate their awareness of market economy and financial planning.

3. Strengthen the communication between Nanjing Normal University Students' Union and students' unions of all departments, and promote the true friendship and win-win cooperation.

4. It is conducive to improving the utilization rate of resources, reducing the waste of resources and creating a "green South Division".

5. Express our college students' concern and support for the World Expo, and advocate a low-carbon and energy-saving life.

Activity of intransitive verbs:

The flea market collects first-hand or second-hand commodities for all students (commodity classification: A, study materials B, clothing accessories C, transportation D, sporting goods E, electronic products F, life and entertainment). The contact center of the school student union carries out propaganda and call in the early stage, summarizes the activities in the later stage, and coordinates and manages the students of all departments during the activities.

Pre-preparation:

1. The contact center submits the activity application and plan to the presidium, and the presidium informs all departments at the regular meeting.

2. Organize a discussion among the presidents of student unions of various colleges (major departments) to discuss the activities in detail according to the different situations of various departments (such as the principles of second-hand consignment, the price standard of customized second-hand consignment, the problem of trust fund, the proportion of management fees, etc.). ), and the excellent department of the first flea market introduced relevant experience.

3. Publish posters, display boards, banners, print leaflets and carry out campus publicity.

4. Use the morning bell, schools, sailing forums and other channels for media and online publicity.

5. Design the bill style as the circulation medium during the activity, customize the bill denomination, and estimate the number of bills and change needed at the activity site.

6. Apply for and arrange the venue, and coordinate the time and venue arrangement of all departments.

8. Consider emergencies and corresponding emergency measures.

Activities:

1. Collectively collect second-hand consigned goods by department, screen and register them, and hand them over to the department for sorting. Finally, the student union will submit the list of consignments to the student union.

2. Students who are interested in participating in the activity fill in the list of items for sale, indicating the lowest price of items for sale. Students from all colleges raise the lowest price of the goods reasonably according to the properties and the old and new degree of the goods handed in.

3. In order to make statistics on the sales situation of each college and avoid the confusion of purchase order, the selected second-hand goods will be sold by the students' union of each college at the time and place.

4. In the process of sales, colleges can highlight their own characteristics for publicity and sales (various forms of publicity, singing, posters, etc. ).

The student union will send staff to supervise and maintain order in different venues and booths. In order to avoid confusion in purchasing, the system of purchasing by ticket will be adopted (the student union will set up a ticket office, and buyers will buy shopping tickets and products at corresponding prices by ticket, and cash transactions are strictly prohibited).

6. Operate according to the principle of "equality, fairness, honesty and credit". After the activity, all departments exchange school tickets for cash, the contact center of the school student union deducts 5% of the total sales of all departments as "Xin Fund", and students from all departments collect management coordination fees.

7. After the student union activities of each college, the site should be cleaned up, and the sanitation of the site should be recorded in the certificate.

8. Students from each college will pay the remaining amount of the sold items to the seller in cash according to the deduction ratio, and the unsold items will be returned to individuals or arranged for reuse in the next activity.

Post-work:

1. Carry out a series of follow-up work such as site cleaning.

2. The school will select the first, second and third prizes and various individual prizes according to the participation of various departments, publicity effect, activity results and other factors, and issue certificates and commend them.

3. Conduct activity feedback (questionnaire or other), and conduct a sample survey from the aspects of publicity, participation and influence of the activity to understand the shortcomings of the activity.

4. The contact center summarizes the activities, writes a written analysis and conducts internal communication to ensure the smooth development of future activities.

Rules and regulations of flea market

general rule

Article 1: All transactions in the flea market shall comply with the laws and regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Article 2: Buyers and sellers in the second-hand market should follow the principles of fairness, honesty and voluntariness, and unfair competition is strictly prohibited. Consciously abide by the rules and regulations.

Article 3: The final interpretation right of the Articles of Association belongs to the Contact Center of Nanjing Normal University Student Union.

Pre-preparation:

Article 4: All hospitals should complete the collection of articles before X, and make unified numbering and pricing.

Article 5: The goods traded in the second-hand market are second-hand goods of school students. Commodities must be safe, healthy and reasonably priced. It is forbidden to resell brand-new goods.

Event site:

Article 6: All hospitals shall uniformly place articles in their own venues, close the market and clean up the venues at the unified time specified by the school student union.

Article 7: All staff should wear work clothes, work permits and flea market labels.

Article 8: Every college has regular students to lead customers to the ticket office to exchange money and tickets.

Article 9: Physical transactions are strictly prohibited during the transaction.

Later activities:

Article 10: After the activity, each hospital shall organize personnel to clean up the site. The use and cleanliness of the website will be included in the scoring system.

Article 11: The bills must be counted immediately after the activities of each hospital are over, and the records must be counted by the staff of the student union of the school. Then at the same time, go to the contact center of the school student union to exchange cash.

Article 12: Automatically deduct 5% of the total sales of each hospital and remit it to Xin Fund.

Article 13: After the activity, each hospital will return the amount and unsold items by itself.

Article 14: During the flea market, the staff of the contact center of the Student Union of our school is responsible for carefully checking the use of the site and commodity trading of each booth, and checking the sanitation of the booth at the end of the booth, making records and handling emergencies during the period. If there is a booth that does not operate as required, it will be ordered to quit immediately and no venue will be arranged in the future. Make a summary after the flea market, so that future activities can be carried out better.

The first part of the website usage rules

1, site division basis

According to the size and quantity of items collected by each department, each department reasonably estimates the required venue size in advance, and indicates the estimated venue size in the form of X*X in the corresponding column of the registration form issued by the Student Union Liaison Center as the basis for venue allocation on the day of the event. We will summarize the estimated site size on the registration form submitted by each department, and based on the estimated site size reported by each department, we will evaluate the rationality of the estimated site size of each hospital according to the size and quantity of items received by each department, so as to decide whether to allocate the site according to the estimated site size reported by each department. Finally, we will make final coordination and distribution on the basis of reasonable estimation of the venue size of each department to determine the actual venue size of each department on the day of the event.

note:

All departments must submit the registration form to the contact center of the student union before the specified deadline, so that we have enough time to coordinate and allocate the venue. If it fails to pay within the time limit, the losses caused thereby shall be borne by itself.

Each department shall not intentionally exaggerate the estimated area of the site. If it is deliberately exaggerated and hinders the normal work progress of the center, the center has the right to force the size of the department.

3) Each department can independently set up a security team to maintain order at the scene and avoid the phenomenon of congestion and chaos during peak hours.

2, site division method

The contact center of the Student Union of our school will divide and prominently mark the venue according to the final size of the venue obtained by each college, and each college must set up a booth at the corresponding position marked by us, which shall not exceed the allocated venue. We will arrange staff at the event site to help the hospital arrange the venue.

If the booth area of a department exceeds the designated area or occupies the space of other departments, the center has the right to ask the department to place it in a standardized way.
