The 2023 Zhejiang Primary and Secondary School Art Festival will be held in Zhejiang in 2023, hosted by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education and undertaken by the School of Literature and Art of East China Normal University. With the theme of "inspiring artistic enthusiasm and inspiring children's civilized growth", this art festival aims to promote children's continuous exploration of self-worth, enhance their artistic accomplishment, stimulate deep artistic feelings and enhance their civilized accomplishment.

This art festival will cover painting, music, dance, drama, photography and other art forms. The competition includes primary school painting, primary school music, primary school dance, primary school drama, secondary school painting, secondary school music, secondary school dance, secondary school drama and secondary school photography.

2. Introduction of competition links

As the largest and highest-standard art competition for primary and secondary school students in the province, Zhejiang Primary and Secondary School Art Festival is held once a year, focusing on different contents every year. The competition is divided into two parts: video evaluation and live performance. Chorus, instrumental music programs and 592 programs selected from primary and secondary schools and off-campus institutions in the province participated in the first round of video review.
