According to surveys, promotions are accelerating for those born in the 1990s. What are the people born in the 1990s like that you come into contact with?

For those born in the 1990s, this is indeed good news, and it means that their struggle is more valuable.

Most of the post-90s generation I have come into contact with are positive and have many bright spots. They have several things in common:

01. Fear of age

When I first started working, I felt young and full of vitality. Even if colleagues who are younger than me join the company, they won't feel too much. I still feel young and have no sense of age. Of course, this also shows that I am silly and happy.

But the post-90s generation is different. Their feelings about age are particularly obvious. When the new colleague was born in 1993, the colleagues who were born in 1990 and 1991 began to express their emotions, "Wow, all the people who were born in 1993 have come out to hang out. Time flies so fast. We are old." They kept saying that they were old. He said that staying up late recently is not as good as before, and that his skin is not as good as before. In short, it feels like the age difference is only 1 or 2 years, it feels like 10 years.

As for those of us who are 1 years apart from them, aren’t we too old to say anything? Do we need to be given a way to survive?

To be honest, we still feel that we are in our prime. After all, we have taken good care of ourselves and everyone looks quite young. Our 20s are the best period of our lives.

02. Strong learning ability

Colleagues born in the 1990s are really active in their work. Compared to when I first started working, I was more passive in everything I did. I needed guidance from my senior colleagues, and I was not good at dealing with people. I looked very childish.

However, almost all colleagues born in the 1990s have some experience, maybe not in work, but their behavior is indeed different from when we first left school. They are very concerned about their own affairs, especially hoping to grow as quickly as possible, and eager to be able to take charge of their own business soon.

I remember a girl born after 1991. When she was learning business knowledge, she was the last to leave the company every day and the first to come in the morning. She also took the time to learn from other colleagues to receive customers, and humbly asked for advice from experienced people.

As a result, she soon became the youngest consultant in the consulting department. During the year-end evaluation, everyone unanimously selected her as the hardest-working employee of the year.

03. Smart and knowledgeable

This must be praised by the post-90s generation. No matter which school they come from, they seem to be very willing to learn new things, and all of them are willing to make progress, and they are more knowledgeable than we were at that time.

How can I put it this way? People born in the 1990s are particularly opinionated and knowledgeable. They start planning their lives early. They have no intention of staying in one place. Every place is a place for them to exercise and grow, at least in their 20s.

Perhaps they will make stable plans only when they need stability or find a better platform. But what is worthy of recognition is that they are all smart and knowledgeable.
