Do you need an interview for the exam? Can you be admitted only by culture?

1. Both art majors and minor language majors in China Communication University should be interviewed. It's not enough to have a cultural score. You won't be admitted. Non-art majors don't need an interview, but the college entrance examination scores are very high.

There are three ways to pass the exam.

One is art majors, such as director, director, photography, video recording, broadcast host, sound director, sound engineer, animation and so on. This requires you to interview first, probably in February and March of each year. After the interview is passed, see your college entrance examination results, if you reach the score required by the school. This kind of score line is not too high, there are about two and one. Note: If you fail the interview, no matter how high your score is, the school will not admit you.

The second kind is non-art, such as engineering or legal computer, which does not require an interview, but the subjects are relatively high, usually more than one, and it is not the strength of the college. However, there is one major worthy of attention, that is, international journalism (which is also a relatively strong major of Guangzhou Broadcasting Institute). This major does not need an interview, and it is almost for training journalists, but it requires higher English and scores higher in the college entrance examination.

The third major is small languages, which, as the name implies, means learning some non-mainstream languages, but these majors are very popular. Because some languages are only available in colleges and universities across the country, they are not afraid of losing their jobs after graduation, and they are all well paid. Going to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or doing translation is a good major. Another advantage of these majors is that they don't want college entrance examination results, but they can be admitted by interview! But it's hard to take the exam. Many people take the exam. It's best to have some contacts at home, or you are very talented in language (let you show it in English during the interview), otherwise it won't work.
