184 1 year, Talbot invented "Carol Photography", which is different from Daguerre. A negative can be reproduced countless times. From 1844 to 1846, Talbot produced a photo collection of Nature's Pencil, which was divided into 6 volumes and 24 photos, including architecture, landscape, still life and plants. This is the first book made of photo albums in history, but it is not as clear as the Daguerre edition.
Brief introduction of the author
Talbot (1800-1870) is a British chemist and the inventor of Carlo photography. First, silver nitrate is used to make the paper sensitive, and then silver chloride with better sensitivity is used. 1840 improved the original photography method, using silver iodide and developer, shortening the exposure time and making the image more stereoscopic. 184 1 year, the improved method was confirmed and named "Carlo photography".
Talbot discovered the photosensitivity of silver halide and the fixing effect of potassium iodide and concentrated brine on images in 1834, and obtained some paper photos of leaves and feathers that can be preserved by his own method. Unfortunately, this image preservation technology is not stable. His early photos have almost faded, leaving only the signature that can prove that he left an image on the photographic paper.
