What if the phone camera can't be turned on?

If you are using a Huawei mobile phone and your camera cannot be turned on, please follow the following steps:

First, restart the device.

Some applications did not release the camera normally after use, which caused the system camera to fail to start normally. Please restart the device, then enter the camera and try again.

2. Check the updated system version

Please back up important data in advance (QQ, WeChat and other third-party applications need to be backed up separately) and upgrade to the latest system version. Updating the system version is beneficial to improve and optimize the performance of the camera.

3. Clear the camera data

Open the settings, search into the application management, and find the camera >; Click Save, and then delete the data to try. (This operation only restores the relevant settings of the camera).

4. The third-party application did not get the "camera" permission.

If you can turn on the system camera independently, but you can't turn it on when using the three-party application, it may be that the three-party application has not obtained the camera permission. I suggest you go to Settings, Search Access Authority Management > Click Camera to open the camera authority of the corresponding application.
