Cui Xiuwen. Cui Xiuwen 1967 was born in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, 1990 graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Northeast Normal University, and 1996 graduated from the oil painting training class of the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
