Cui Xiuwen. Cui Xiuwen 1967 was born in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, 1990 graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Northeast Normal University, and 1996 graduated from the oil painting training class of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Cui Xiuwen was engaged in oil painting in his early days, and then he was mainly engaged in the creation of images and pictures. Cui Xiuwen was the first China photographer to be invited to hold an exhibition at the Tate Gallery in Britain. The Tate Gallery was first opened to the public in 1897, when the official name was the National Gallery of Britain. Later, it was named after its founder Henry Tate, so it was called Tate Gallery.
