Asking about the name and author of the work
This is the representative work of Caravaggio's early genre painting, which depicts a wandering Pussé woman reading divination and palm reading for a noble child. This is a common custom scene in the street. The characters looked at each other. The young man in the feather hat looked at the diviner with contempt and teasing eyes. Although her position is low, she looks solemn and self-respecting, and her eyes are sincere and wise. In contrast, aristocratic youth are flashy and shallow.
2. "melee"? Bouguereau canvas oil painting 1864
83.90× 105.50 cm
This painting of bouguereau, collected by the Simone Foundation, depicts two little angels fighting for an apple. This painting was created in 1864, inspired by the story of the Roman poet Ovid (48 BC-A.D. 17) about the "festival of love". The image of the golden apple is perfectly painted, representing the pure love between the little angel and the god of love. As can be seen from this painting, bouguereau made a thorough study and analysis of the ancient Roman statue painting, and fully demonstrated his modeling and coloring skills. "War" is like a photographic work, which captures moments and makes readers fully feel the inner world of these two little angels.
