Lv Le's acting experience
1984, Lv Le once again cooperated with Hou Yong as a photographer for the film "Hunting Ground Zasa". This film, classified as a remote type, also describes the living conditions of ethnic minorities. Because there are few lines, the film language plays a leading role in the film, and some experts spoke highly of the film's photography, which marked that Lv Le began to step into the ranks of first-class photographers. After shooting Zasa in Hunting Ground, Lv Le was lucky enough to be selected by Evans, a world-renowned Dutch documentary master, as one of the photography jobs of The Wind. Although Evans didn't choose Lv Le's works in the end, through this cooperation, Lv Le began to accept the advanced western film thinking mode.
After 1985, Lv Le successively filmed Pure Land, Godly Bodhisattva and other films, and directed and filmed the documentary Nujiang-The Lost Canyon, which won the grand prize of the Paris Anthropology Film Festival. Lu Le studied and worked in France for many years in the middle and late 1980s, and systematically studied western film production technology and film theory.
From 65438 to 0992, Lv Le was the photographer of the film "Draw the Soul". The film has a new pursuit and breakthrough in modeling light, but it ignores the consistency of style that should be paid attention to after the scene changes.
During the period of 1993, Lv Le was the photographer of the film "Alive". The photography style of this film pursues a kind of randomness of life. The lens follows the story, and the use of light depends on natural light. This kind of photography similar to western Hollywood has achieved perfect results in this film.
1995, Lv Le once again cooperated with Zhang Yimou as the photographer of the film "Shake, Shake, Shake to the Waipo Bridge". Although the film has different opinions in the society, its success in photography is great. Lv Le won the Best Technology Award at Cannes International Film Festival, entered Hollywood, and was nominated for the Best Photography Award at the Academy Awards, which shows that Lv Le has gradually moved closer to international photographers.
1996, Lu Le cooperated with Zhang Yimou for three times as a photographer for the film Let's Talk. In this film, Lv Le continued his usual photography style that the lens follows the story, and the transformation and application of the lens can be said to have reached the extreme, which caused a strong controversy in the society. In 2006, he filmed Thirteen Paulownia.
