Some need manual operation and can be photographed by high-definition electronic police without wearing seat belts. Electronic eye is a new type of traffic management mode. Through vehicle detection, photoelectric imaging, automatic control, network communication, computer and other technologies, it can monitor all-weather illegal activities such as running red lights, retrograde, speeding, crossing the line and illegal parking, capture the graphic information of vehicle illegal activities, and deal with them afterwards according to the illegal information. Traffic violation inquiry refers to the inquiry of motor vehicles, non-motor vehicle drivers and pedestrians who violate the road traffic safety law and traffic management regulations. Legal basis: Article 99 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China commits one of the following acts, and the traffic administrative department of the public security department shall impose a fine of more than 200 yuan and less than 2,000 yuan: (1) driving a motor vehicle during the period of not obtaining, revoking or temporarily withholding the motor vehicle driving license; (2) handing over a motor vehicle to a person who has not obtained a motor vehicle driver's license or whose motor vehicle driver's license has been revoked or withheld; (3) Escaping after a traffic accident does not constitute a crime; (four) the speed of the motor vehicle exceeds 50% of the prescribed speed; (5) Forcing a motor vehicle driver to drive a motor vehicle in violation of the laws and regulations on road traffic safety and the requirements for safe driving of motor vehicles, which does not constitute a crime; (six) forced traffic in violation of traffic regulations, and did not listen to dissuasion; (7) intentionally damaging, moving or altering traffic facilities, causing harmful consequences, which does not constitute a crime; (8) illegal interception. If the perpetrator is under any of the circumstances listed in Items 2 and 4 of the preceding paragraph, his motor vehicle driver's license may be revoked and he may be detained for not more than 15 days.
