Moderator: Hello, Mr. Ye, thank you for taking part in our exclusive interview with car home during your busy schedule. Now we have a few questions for you. What surprises did our Chevrolet bring to consumers at the auto show?
Ye: At this auto show, our entire Chevrolet family brought a total of nine models 12 cars, including our current American medium and large SUV pioneer, all-around American SUV pioneer, our new generation of Mai Rui Bao XL with 1.5T power system brand-new family car, and pioneering, innovative and brand-new family car Lu Ze. It should be said that this is the four main models of our entire Chevrolet system.
Moderator: So, in view of the great pressure on domestic car conditions at present, what are Chevrolet's plans for this kind of car conditions?
Ye: This year, due to the very serious global epidemic, the whole automobile market has dropped by 22.4% from the data of the first half of this year. Chevrolet has also taken many measures. On the one hand, many of our models have been launched, and there have been many changes this year; On the other hand, we have launched brand-new customer experience projects, including our new generation of my? Link+ Zhilian system is listed, and we have a brand-new platform to let customers, manufacturers and distributors communicate with each other. Others, including many of us, have a DC24-hour driving training camp and a discover channel, which combines outdoor exploration with driving experience. Last year, we all held special activities in Lijiang, Changbai Mountain in Yunnan, Sanya in Hainan and Dinosaur Valley in Yunnan, so we will continue this activity this year. On the other hand, a well-known "land flight show" in this vehicle platform has been held for many years. It has been held in Chengdu, Taiyuan and Qingdao this year, and will continue to be held in major cities throughout the country in the second half of the year. From the platform of cultural experience, we have several aspects. On the one hand, we have in-depth cooperation with Disney, including those who have been to Disney. As we all know, the leading car of our Disney float parade is our classic sports car Camaro. On the other hand, we started to cooperate with Manchester United from 20 12, so the logo on its chest is our Chevrolet logo, and we will also promote the development of sports, especially football, in China.
In addition, we also have Chevrolet's red chalk education program. Since the implementation of the Red Chalk Project in 2006, more than 1000 teachers with this obligation have participated in short-term teaching activities, with an audience of about 33,000 people, basically covering more than 30 provinces and cities across the country, and will continue to be carried out in Shanxi and Inner Mongolia provinces in the second half of this year.
Moderator: I heard that our Chevrolet has a service brand called Golden Bow Tie. Can you tell me more about this golden bow tie?
Ye: The golden bow tie is the symbol of our Chevrolet this time, and it is also the embodiment of our service culture. The slogan of our golden bow tie logo is to know more about cars and you. First of all, we need to know what your customers need, so that we can provide more focused, pleasant and caring services. From the after-sales point of view, we have done a lot of work on the golden bow tie service. On the one hand, we have my present. Chevrolet can cover the whole process from looking at cars, buying cars, using cars and even replacing them. We also launched a brand-new U CLUB owners club with points. From the time you buy a car, you will generate points, and the car will also generate points. This allows you to do our maintenance, replace our Chevrolet boutique and let you participate in our activities. Under the golden bow tie of Chevrolet, we also have a small sub-brand. For example, we call the "Zero Distance Golden Bow Tie" Club, which has been held for many times in China. "Zero distance gold bow tie" allows dealers to interact with customers. Every store in the club holds national activities, and many events are held every month, including this year's trip to Tibet and Xinjiang. The trip to Xinjiang is still in progress.
