Why are so many boys' hips and legs thinner than girls'?

Every summer, everyone puts on shorts one after another, but there are always girls who are not confident and feel that their legs are thick and short and dare not show their legs. They may see their boyfriend's legs are long and thin, so they cast envious eyes. Not only that, many boys have stronger butts than girls, so there is a big gap between the sexes. So why on earth are boys' hips and legs thinner than girls'?

First, it is because of the gap between men and women's natural pelvis. From the picture, we can see that women's pelvis is naturally wider and flatter than men's, and the pubic foot is bigger, which is to help women better improve their education. That is to say, if the muscles and fat of men and women's buttocks are almost the same, the muscles and fat of women will be pulled away by the pelvis, which will become flat visually, while the width of women's buttocks will appear thicker visually.

Second, from a hormonal point of view, androgen is very helpful in shaping male buttocks and tight legs. Androgen prefers to promote muscle growth, including gluteus maximus, while estrogen prefers to promote fat growth, so in contrast, men with more androgens are naturally more developed than women, including hip muscles and leg muscles. Because of the difference of sex hormones, the body fat rate of men is also lower than that of women. The data shows that the body fat rate of boys is between 8% and 25%, while that of girls is as high as 2 1%-3 1%. Therefore, the same weight of muscle and fat, muscle volume is obviously smaller and tighter than fat, and should not sag, while the fat density of boys' hips and legs is lower than that of girls, so boys' hips and legs will be tighter and look more warped and thinner.

Thirdly, because of the fat division, women's fat is longer in the chest, legs and buttocks, while men are mostly distributed in the waist and abdomen. That is to say, when boys and girls get fat, girls will gain fat legs first, and boys will gain fat belly, forming what we commonly call the third height of beer belly. That is, boys are generally taller than girls, so boys have certain advantages in height. Their legs are longer than girls' and their pelvis is narrower, which makes them feel longer and thinner visually. At first, boys have an innate advantage, but that doesn't mean that girls can't practice a pair of long and tight legs and hips through acquired efforts.
