Top secret skills of fireworks shooting

Compared with the usual monotonous fireworks photos, does this "flower of light" that looks like petals make your eyes shine? This set of photos was taken by photographer David Johnson at the International Fireworks Festival in Ottawa! When he issued fireworks in Spain, he gave up the traditional exposure method of shooting fireworks and "made a new meaning"!

In fact, the method is very simple: 1. He first focused the camera on a specific focal length, and the fireworks looked like light waves in the viewfinder. David readjusted the focal length of the camera in the middle of long exposure.

"I expose each photo for a second or two, and the fireworks in the viewfinder will start to move out of focus. When I heard the explosion, (editor's note: light is faster than sound, and it takes about one or two seconds to hear the sound after seeing fireworks explode in the air) I immediately refocused the camera. The photos that look like are really full of surprises! "

The fireworks emitted by this technology are not a single light. Every ray has now become a light beam from coarse to young, and fireworks look like three-dimensional flowers! Why not try this shooting method next time there is a fireworks show?
