Notice of online examination for students who can't return to school due to epidemic situation

Due to the recent national epidemic, individual students can't go back to school to take the exam because of the epidemic. In order to ensure the rights and interests of these students, effectively "pass the exam" and successfully complete the final exam of this semester, relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Online examination application

In order to save online invigilation resources, students should apply for online exams in line with the principle of seeking truth from facts.

Application material

Students who can't attend the final exam on time due to the epidemic situation can submit the Application Form for Online Examination for Students who can't return to school due to the epidemic situation (attachment 1) and relevant supporting materials to their college five days before the exam. After strict examination and approval by the college, the online examination subjects, time, reasons and other information will be summarized and filled in online (Annex 2) and reported to the undergraduate college for the record.

Examination application review

The list and situation of specific students who can't return to school due to the epidemic will change with the school epidemic prevention and control policy and students' personal itinerary. All colleges (departments) are requested to strictly examine and verify, and only students who still do not have the conditions to return to school on the day of the examination can apply for online examination or postponed examination.

Examination requirements

Each starting college should carefully design examination preparation, student identity check, examination questions sending and receiving, examination room management and other links in accordance with the relevant provisions of the school curriculum examination management to ensure that the examination is fair, just, standardized and orderly.

Each starting college selects 1-2 online exam invigilators (if necessary, with the cooperation of student colleges) according to the list of "Summary of Online Exam Arrangements for Students who can't go back to school to take the final exam due to epidemic situation" summarized by undergraduate colleges, and fills in the invigilator information, exam meeting number, contact information, etc. Inform and remind relevant teachers and students in advance to do a good job in the docking of online examination arrangements.

Invigilating video

Invigilators should organize online exam simulation in advance according to the actual exam process and requirements, so as to facilitate students to understand and master the exam methods, exam platforms, operation processes and exam requirements. During the formal examination, the invigilator shall perform the invigilation duties in accordance with the Operating Guide for Teachers' Online Examination (Annex 3), use the computer connected with the network cable for invigilation, ensure the smooth network, and record the invigilation video for at least one semester for future reference.
