How does catalpa mature quickly?
First, how to ripen persimmons when they are not ripe?
1, fruit ripening method. Put persimmon and ripe banana, apple, pear or hawthorn into a plastic bag, seal the mouth of the bag and put it in a cool place. It can be ripened in 2-3 days, because the mature fruit will release ethylene, which will start the production of ethylene in the immature persimmon and achieve the purpose of ripening.
2. High temperature curing method. Persimmons will ripen in a week if they are placed at 40℃-50℃, or in the sun, or in quilts or straw. You can also put it in hot water at 50-60℃, change the water 2-3 times a day, and ripen it after 2-3 days.
3. Liquor ripening method. Wipe the persimmon surface clean, then take a proper amount of white wine, evenly spread it on the persimmon surface, and then put it in a sealed container for 4-5 days to ripen.
4. Ethylene ripening method. Spray ethylene on the surface of persimmon, and then put it in a warm environment for 2-3 days to ripen.
5. Lime water curing method. Stir the quicklime in clear water, put the persimmon before the lime slurry is precipitated, and take it out after 1 week.
6. Rice ripening method. Put the persimmon in a rice jar, cover it with rice, and it will be cooked in 3-5 days.
Second, how to quickly remove the astringency of mature persimmons?
1. Use preservative to remove astringency, spray the preservative evenly on the surface of astringent persimmon, and then store it for more than 100 days. The astringent persimmon will slowly remove astringency during storage. This method can not only remove the astringency of astringent persimmons, but also prolong the marketing cycle.
2. Use toothpicks to remove astringency. Insert toothpicks around the outer skin (sepals) of astringent persimmons, and insert 3-6 (round) ones for each astringent persimmon. In a few days, the astringency can be removed.
3. Use hot water to remove astringency, put the astringent persimmon into a jar, pour hot water at about 45℃, and keep the water temperature at 35-40℃ 16- 18 hours to remove astringency.

7. Use alcohol to remove astringency, spray a proper amount of alcohol on the astringent persimmon, then seal and keep warm, and remove astringency in about 9 days.
8. Use limewater to remove astringency, and put the astringent persimmon into a jar filled with limewater. If the persimmon has not been astringent, you can add water if it is not flooded, and the astringency can be removed in 3-4 days.
9. Use plant ash to remove astringency. Put the astringent persimmon in a jar, sprinkle with dried plant ash, and then pour 40℃ water 1-2 days to remove astringency.
10. Use carbon dioxide to remove astringency, put the astringent persimmon into a closed container, and inject carbon dioxide gas to remove astringency for 2-3 days.
