1. Create a new file.

2. Set the foreground color to an appropriate color.

3. Select the text tool and set the font and font size appropriately in the property bar.

4. Add a layer style to the text - gradient overlay. Call up the layer style panel and set relevant parameters. Note: Do not click OK on the Layer Style panel after setting. If the layer style panel blocks the canvas, place the mouse on the canvas, hold down the left mouse button, and slowly drag it to the left until the streamer is no longer visible, and click OK.

5. Execute the "Menu-Window-Animation" menu command to bring up the animation panel. If it is in timeline mode, click the Convert to Frame Mode button to convert to frame mode. Set the delay time to 0.15 seconds, the number of loops to forever, and click the Copy Frame button to copy one frame. Select frame 2, double-click Gradient Overlay on the text layer, and bring up the Layer Style panel. Press the left mouse button on the canvas and drag to the right until the streamer disappears on the right side of the word, OK. Hold down the SHIFT key, click on frame 1, select both frames, click the transition animation frame button, set the number of added frames to 5, and confirm. Select frame 7 and click the Copy Frame button to copy a frame. Select frame 8, double-click Gradient Overlay on the text layer, and bring up the Layer Style panel. Press the left mouse button on the canvas and drag to the left until the streamer disappears on the left side of the word, OK. Hold down the SHIFT key, click on frame 7, select both frames 7 and 8, click the transition animation frame button, set the number of added frames to 5, and confirm. Click the play button (or press the space bar) to see the effect.

6. Save, menu-File-Save in the format used by WEB and devices, format GIF.
