LEGO minifigure proportions
1:48
1. Convert 6 feet (the height of the minifigure in the minifigure world) to inches.
6 feet × 12 inches/feet = 72 inches (182.88 cm)
2. Convert the height of the minifigure in the minifigure world to the height in the real world.
72 inches ÷ 1.5 inches = 48
3. Find the ratio.
The ratio of the minifigure is 1:48 (pronounced 1:48)
The expression for the ratio is two numbers separated by a colon. The number on the left (1) represents the size of the Lego model, and the number on the right (48) represents how many times this model is multiplied (that is, stacked vertically one by one) to exactly equal the size of real objects in the human world. In other words, if 48 minifigures were stacked vertically, their combined height would be 6 feet (182.88 cm).
