Why do you need to distinguish it from project experience?

On-the-job time: It can be properly packaged. If the general company has little experience, it can be merged into the company where you recently left.

Current monthly salary: If your resume is structured according to your growth milestones, then your salary should be gradually increased from high to low. For product managers, project experience is a little more important than company experience. Project name: If you have no project experience, if your company uses its own system more, write your own system. If you have never used a system company, the most convenient thing for you is that you can check the apps from time to time, such as tourism and e-commerce. Project time: those who have no project experience can match according to your company's time. If you have been in the company for three years, you can basically write three projects, so you can allocate the project time of these three projects by yourself.

Position: Product Manager/Product Assistant

Project description: generally the same as "job description", but the difference is that

4) Change the applicable population and environment of the product.

Project results: The ultimate goal of all products is to make a profit. Without exception, there may be things to assist another product, but even if this product is not profitable, the assisted product is also profitable. Here are three certificates for you to take. Note that you have never bought it. Don't take chances, all you learn is your own skills.

PMP, project management professional qualification certification, the United States, must find institutions, can not register themselves. Institutions can find Cisse and 5 1CTO. The pass rate of all multiple-choice questions is about 97%, and the examination time is March 6.9.65438+3 years after passing the examination in February. Some people say that product managers don't need portfolios for interviews. However, in the face of many product managers who have never been online, try to make a set of your own works during the interview, which can include your VI visual design, prototype design, UML and other use cases, and can be explained to the interviewer in combination with the product itself. This must be your advantage. Let's talk about the contents of the interview first:

Portfolio: It can reflect your design techniques and visual level, and briefly describe why you write like this. However, it is not enough to prepare the portfolio, because the portfolio cannot extract anything deeper from the product manager.

PRD: First, show the interviewer a complete PRD, and be able to correspond to the prototype and explain the design concept at that time fluently. For PRD, it is a basic document skill for product managers. PRD is a big project, and a PRD includes the whole iterative process. If you don't know how to write PRD, my friend, I'll publish a separate issue next time. Dragging PRD can best reflect a product manager's description ability and introspection ability in the product design process.

You can bring a copy of each plan: as long as it is for business use or your plan, you can bring it with you to explain your plan clearly and smoothly.

PPT report: mainly reflects the product manager's ability to introduce or report to customers.

Tender: not a hard indicator. I dare say that most product managers can't write tenders, but tenders are one of the means to obtain projects, including tendering and bidding. The product manager mainly answers and writes the demand of the demand side according to the standards. We can't miss any of them. For the interview, we can mainly explain what the demander wants and how we design and implement it, and leave the remaining technical documents to the technology.

Visual VIS: After all, the product manager needs to review the UI and has certain visual requirements. Making a set of enterprise VI by yourself is the best interpretation of your visual ability and design ability. Just to remind you, VIS is a printing product. When designing with AI, remember to choose CMYK color mode. If it's an interview, you can choose RGB color, and it won't be printed anyway.

UI specification: mainly depends on the rigor of the product manager to one thing.

High fidelity prototype: required, basic skills, reflecting basic skills. If you are applying for a product assistant, this is your main job. It is recommended to bring a computer interview directly.

Milestone: It is the basis of coordinating project management and project tracking. When managing the team and following up the project, the product manager must strictly follow the milestone, so when setting the milestone, you can describe what kind of team was at that time and under what circumstances this milestone was set up, reflecting the ability in team work.
