Who killed Ma Shuai, the Black Storm?

Ma Shuai was killed by Zhang Tongsheng, the chef of the detention center, and poisoned to death. Gao Mingyuan was the behind-the-scenes director.

In the hit drama Sweeping the Black Storm, Ma Shuai (Li Ning), as an important role in the early stage, died of a heart attack in prison. As can be seen from Ma Shuai's autopsy report, Ma Shuai actually died of ricin overdose.

In episode 19, the investigation found that Zhang Tongsheng, a chef who worked in the detention center for three years, resigned immediately after Ma Shuai's death. Luo sent He Yong to quickly arrest Zhang Tongsheng. It seems that Ma Shuai's death was in a detention center.

But why did Gao Mingyuan suddenly decide to disconnect from Ma Shuai? The reason lies in Ma Shuai himself.

After Ma Shuai broke the little finger of his left hand, he mentioned to Li Chengyang that the ring finger represents his wife, the index finger represents his daughter, the middle finger represents Li Chengyang and the little finger represents himself. Ma Shuai broke off his little finger just to send a message to Gao Mingyuan to kill himself and save his wife and children.

So Gao Mingyuan sent chef Zhang Tongsheng to poison the food in Ma Shuai prison, which led to Ma Shuai's death.
