How to clean the camera
The maintenance of DV after use should not only brush off the dust for a day, but also make a complete and thorough inspection and arrangement of the camera to see if there are any damaged parts that need to be sent back to the company for processing. The maintenance steps are as follows: firstly, remove the wind and sand to avoid scratching the fuselage or damaging mechanical parts during maintenance or operation; Secondly, remove moisture to avoid machine corrosion caused by water vapor accumulation; Finally, remove fingerprints or stains on the mirror and fuselage.
The first step of dust removal is to sweep away most of the dust on the phase machine with a brush. It may not be possible to completely remove the dust in the gap only by using a brush. At this time, you can use a leather blowing ball to remove dust. As long as the rear ball is pressed hard, the front nozzle will immediately eject high-pressure air to blow off the dust.
After the dust is removed, it is wiping work. At this time, a clean, soft, dry flannel with good water absorption and no fiber loss is needed. A special lens can be used to wipe soft cloth. After use, the cleaning cloth should be placed in a special plastic box to avoid hard particles such as clay dust or sand. If you don't have a special cleaning cloth at hand, you can buy a lens cleaning paper, or you can follow the instructions and use a special cleaning solution to clean the lens.
Second, clean the LCD screen.
Because the display screen is exposed to the air during use, stains of one kind or another may appear after a long time. As shown in Figure 2, some stains must be handled by professional cleaners. At present, there are all kinds of screen cleaners on the market, some of which are quite expensive, but we don't need to buy them at all, as long as we have any kind of flexible cleaner without ammonia at home. Because the detergent containing ammonia will destroy the surface coating of the display screen. When preparing for cleaning, remember to turn off the power of the display screen first, and then carefully wipe it from the center of the screen with a soft dry cloth or detergent, otherwise the display screen will be damaged by short circuit. In addition, don't wipe the display screen with chemical solutions such as alcohol, let alone rough cloth, paper and other items, and don't spray liquid directly on the screen to avoid water vapor invading the display screen. In addition to the display screen, you should always wipe the dust and dirt on the display screen shell with a brush and a small vacuum cleaner, but try not to wipe it with a wet cloth dipped in water. In addition, there is a simple method, use transparent glue to stick on the screen, and then remove it, so that the place where the transparent glue has been stuck on the LCD screen is clean.
Third, clean the camera lens.
The lens is the eye of a digital camera, and its importance can be seen. It is often exposed to the air, so it is normal that there will be dust, but if you use the camera for a long time without paying attention to maintaining the lens, the dust on the lens will accumulate more and more, which will greatly reduce the working performance of the digital camera. For example, the dust on the lens will seriously reduce the image quality, appear spots or weaken the image contrast. Therefore, its protection and daily maintenance is the focus of digital camera maintenance technology.
The correct way to wipe the lens is: first, blow off the dust on the lens with liquefied compressed gas cylinder, ear ball or brush. If there are any attachments that can't be blown off, gently brush them off with a brush. The brush should be put in a special box, and your fingers should not touch the brush head, otherwise you will get oil. Every once in a while, scrub the brush with lens water and then dry it with silk. If the lens is stained with oil or fingerprints, in addition to blowing and brushing, gently wipe it clean with a very soft and clean cotton fiber dipped in one or two drops of lens water. You can't just wipe the dirty parts of the lens. You must wipe the whole mirror from the inside out and constantly change the clean cotton fiber. When the lens water is not dry, gently wipe the lens surface with cotton fiber. Note: when wiping the lens, you should wipe it straight from the inside out, and don't do circular motion, which is a bit like cleaning a CD.
It is forbidden to touch the lens by hand when cleaning, and cover the lens cover in time after cleaning. Be sure to cover the lens when you are not using the digital camera. When it comes to protecting the lens, people usually think of dustproof. But the habit of covering the lens in time in the actual shooting process is often ignored by many people. Don't you know that the lens cover is the most practical dust-proof tool, and covering the lens cover in time is the most effective way to protect the camera lens? In addition, you should buy a W filter and add it to the lens. If something happens, you can change the W filter. Lenses are often expensive, while ultraviolet filters are relatively cheap.
Use lens paper, lens cloth or a very soft brush when cleaning. Usually, it is not necessary to wipe the camera lens easily, that is, a little dust on the lens surface only slightly affects the amount of light entering, which does not greatly hinder the image clarity, so it is not necessary to wipe it easily. Don't use shirt cuffs or handkerchiefs to clean the lens even in an emergency. Although these fabrics are soft to the touch, their surfaces are frosted, which will permanently damage the protective layer outside the lens.
Fourth, clean the video head.
The main performance that the magnetic head is too dirty and needs cleaning is that the image is often colorless, or the image has a lot of Xue Huadian. When the head is particularly dirty, there are only Xue Huadian and stripes in the picture, indicating that the head needs cleaning. Digital cameras should usually be cleaned with a cleaning tape for 5 seconds every 50 hours.
1, clean with special cleaning tape. Usage is as follows: ① Load the cleaning tape into the video recorder. The loading method is the same as that of ordinary video tape. It should be noted that the use of cleaning tape should follow the principle of "take it at once". Once used, the cleaning tape should be used at the end of the tape, not in the middle. ② The digital camera moves at normal speed (press the record key or replay key). Be careful not to use fast forward or fast forward state. The video tape in the fast-forward state is separated from the drum, which can not achieve the purpose of cleaning. The cleaning tape in the fast playback state is used too much. Usually, the cleaning time is 5- 10 second, and the cleaning belt is taken back after the specified time.
Note: Because the cleaning belt belongs to the fine grinding belt, it has slight wear on the magnetic head, so the single use time should be limited; In order to ensure the cleaning effect of the cleaning belt, it is best to scrap a cleaning belt after it is completely gone and replace it with a new one; Do not leave the cleaning tape in the video recorder in the ready state, because the digital camera is in the full-threading state, even though the machine is not working in the ready state. At this time, the video tape is in close contact with the drum and the magnetic head, which may bring unnecessary wear to the magnetic head with the vibration of the machine.
2. Clean with a new video tape. This method is only applicable to the case that the magnetic head is not too dirty. First, turn on the power of the digital video camera, insert a new tape into the video recorder, press the play button, and take the tape for about half an hour. As long as the head is not too dirty, it can be cleaned. If the cleaning effect of half an hour is not ideal, the running time can be extended. If you want to use the digital video camera immediately, you can put the machine in a fast-forward search state after inserting the video tape. Search for 3 minutes can also play a cleaning role.
3. Cleaning with cleaning solution: This is a better cleaning method. Before cleaning, unplug the digital camera, open the top cover of the digital camera, and prepare cleaning supplies. Cleaning agents include freon, carbon tetrachloride, ethanol (anhydrous alcohol), isopropanol and advanced cleaning agents for tape recorders sold in the market. It is forbidden to use acetone, trichloroethylene, xylene, gasoline, medical alcohol and low-purity industrial alcohol. Clean the video head. Use suede, cleaning rod and cleaning belt as cleaning tools, among which suede has the best effect and is not easy to damage the magnetic head.
Cleaning with a cleaning stick: stick suede on the stick and dip it in detergent to clean it. Don't dip too much detergent, it's better to be wet. The cleaning method is: hold the stick in your right hand, gently press the suede end face on the head drum, move the head drum back and forth with your left index finger, and then clean the video head several times. If you only use suede, wrap it around the index finger of your right hand, dip it in some detergent and let your fingers stick to the magnetic drum. Stick it tightly on the video-free head (head tip), and the head tip is slightly lighter. Rotate the upper roller several times to clean the video head and the surface of the upper roller.
When cleaning the head, you must never move the scrubbing video head up and down, otherwise you will be in danger of damaging your head. After cleaning the magnetic head, don't load the video tape to play it immediately, and wait until the cleaning agent is completely volatilized before using the digital camera. In addition, after cleaning the magnetic head, do not touch the surface of the drum with your fingers.
Fifth, clean the tape path.
In addition to the high-speed rotating video head, the digital camera also has a total erasing head, a silencing head, an audio recording and playback head and a control signal (CTL) head in the tape path. When the digital camera is running, scattered dust and oxide will adhere to the surfaces of these magnetic heads and fixed guide rods and guide columns to support the video tape. When dirt accumulates too much, the fixed head will fail, the tape path will change, and electrostatic error tracking will be caused. For these reasons, the fixed magnetic head, guide rod and guide post should also be cleaned.
The silencer and audio/control head are on the same component. The whole assembly is located on the video tape outlet side of the drum. The full erase head (total degaussing head) is located at the video tape entrance side of the drum. Generally, sound distortion, no image in playback or recording, unstable image and unclear original signal during recording may all be caused by fixed head blockage or tape path change. Therefore, these parts should be carefully cleaned, and their surfaces can be scrubbed with chamois dipped in detergent. When cleaning the audio head assembly, you can't just clean the middle part, because the control head is at the lower part, and the silencer and audio head are at the upper part. Sometimes, due to the narrow fixing bracket and installation position of the fixed magnetic head, it is often unclean.
In addition, if hard dirt adheres to the surface of each component in the tape path, the video tape is easily scratched during operation. Therefore, when the digital camera is turned off, it is also necessary to clean the surfaces of all components in the transport path. Sometimes it is difficult to wipe off the dirt stuck on the surface of parts, so it should be wiped several times until it is completely wiped clean, and the machine can work again after the detergent is completely volatilized.
Six, clean the motor drive system
The cleaning of motor drive system generally refers to the cleaning of supply reel, take-up reel, threading ring and other parts of tape cassette mechanism. Before cleaning, remove the upper cover plate, take out the belt bin, and use a vacuum cleaner to suck out the dust falling near the belt bin and the belt threading ring. If you can't wash it off, wash it off with chamois dipped in detergent. The method of cleaning the movement components is also very simple. Wipe the felt surface of the brake shoe and the brake band with cotton balls dipped in absolute ethanol. Don't use too much force when wiping to prevent the felt layer from falling off and prevent the spring steel band of the brake band from twisting. Please wait for the felt layer to dry before installation and use. It should be noted that anhydrous ethanol should be used to clean these parts, not petroleum ether, otherwise the felt layer will easily fall off its skeleton or copper belt. When cleaning, do not loosen the fixing screws of the braking device and tensioning mechanism at will. When cleaning the driving idler and the idler surface, use neutral detergent, and never use alcohol for cleaning. Because alcohol will age the wheel surface and accelerate the wear of the roller. 7. Lubricate mechanical parts.
When the mechanical parts of the digital camera wear and deform with the increase of using time, the video tape will deviate from the standard position, which will lead to the deterioration of the performance of the digital camera. In order to ensure the good operation of all mechanical parts and prolong their service life, they should be maintained or replaced regularly. Due to the different working environment and other conditions, the service life of various mechanical parts of digital cameras is also different. Some parts are well maintained and will last a long time. Oiling parts after cleaning is an important maintenance work. Such as take-up reel shaft, rotating idler shaft, belt pressing shaft, threading ring, and parts through which chassis threading parts pass. , you should refuel regularly. Clock oil is usually used when refueling. Otherwise, due to the different composition and viscosity of oil, it will cause human failure. When refueling, don't use too much oil. In general, only one drop is needed at a time. Pay special attention not to drip oil on the surfaces of transmission belt, braking mechanism, tension adjusting mechanism, transmission idler, supply and take-up reel, guide rod and column.
It is forbidden to add oil to the surface of spindle and pinch roller. There is something wrong with the digital camera. No matter whether it rotates slowly or not, don't oil the surface of various mechanical parts at will. When you refuel the motor in the digital camera, you should remove it and add some oil to the bearing surface. When it is badly worn, you should replace the motor. For the lubrication of belt threading ring, transmission chain, gear and other parts, butter or vaseline oil with less impurities can usually be used, but an appropriate amount is also needed. It is worth noting that you should not use other kinds of oil to lubricate the parts of the video recorder at will, nor should you refuel other parts except the above parts at will, let alone the motor shaft. If oil is added to the outside of the sealed bearing, the lubrication problem will not be solved, and the oil will fly to the surface of the belt or transmission parts when the motor rotates, causing new faults.
Eight, clear the magnetism on the DV device.
Some metal parts of digital cameras are easily magnetized. For example, the tape deck of the recording unit is in close contact with the video tape, which is the most difficult area for magnetization and needs to be degaussed regularly. The components of the deck mechanism that need degaussing are: full degaussing head, time dock, audio degaussing head, video head, etc. If possible, the digital camera should be demagnetized after using 100 hours, so as not to affect the recording and playback quality. You can use the degausser of the tape recorder. The degaussing method is: put the degausser close to the head of the digital camera (never touch it), power on and slowly hold the degausser while rotating away from the head, so that degaussing can be realized for many times. Move back and forth several times near the degaussing part, then slowly leave, and cut off the power supply of the degaussing personnel after they leave the degaussing part for about l meters. In order to prevent the degausser from touching the working surface of the parts scratched by degaussing parts, it is best to wrap a layer of adhesive tape or a thin plastic pipe at the front end of the degausser. When degaussing, don't cut off the power supply of the degausser in the middle, so as not to affect the degaussing effect.
