Photographic structure from novice to expert

Raiders of Black-faced Portrait Photography, DSLR SLR Photography Bible, Digital Photography Composition, Advanced Digital Photography, and Mowgli Photography Composition are all books I have been reading. Wuji's photographic composition is very good, but you have to be patient and watch it several times before you can understand it and gain something. If you mainly shoot portraits, I suggest watching "Black Portrait Photography Raiders" first. This book belongs to a practical portrait photography course, which introduces the equipment, posture, natural light, lighting and off-camera flash, and there is also a chapter devoted to the later stage, which I personally think is more comprehensive. Don't be greedy for beginners. Reading all the tutorials will confuse you. My experience is to read only one book, and then go further after understanding it. "Black Portrait Photography Raiders" is also easy to understand, from the shallow to the deep. After reading it carefully for several times, you can imitate the methods in the book and take good portrait photos. Finally, I wish you success.
