Du Xiuxian's introduction
Du Xiuxian, the photographer of The Red Wall. Du Xiuxian was born in Mizhi, Shaanxi from 65438 to 0926. /kloc-joined the Eighth Route Army in 0/944 and studied photography with Wu Yinxian. From 65438 to 0954, he was transferred to Xinhua News Agency as a reporter, and served as the head of the photography team of Beijing Branch, the head of the central news group and the deputy general manager of China Photo Agency. Photographic masterpieces include "historical handshake" and so on. There is a record in "Red Lens": Du Xiuxian is the name given by his parents; Du Shan was named by Zhou Enlai; Du Xiuxian, Jiang Qing sent his name. It is also said that he followed Zhou Enlai to more than 30 countries and spent about 65,438+00 years around Mao Zedong. In 1960s, most news pictures of Mao Zedong and Zhou Enlai that appeared in people's sight came from Du Xiuxian.
