Suzhou people love to eat noodles, and there are countless famous noodle restaurants in the streets and alleys of the city. Even in Dongshan, Dongting, far away from the city, there are many famous Soviet-style noodles, such as the old soup noodles in Dongshan Diaohualou restaurant. Since its introduction, this noodle has been attracting countless diners to drive dozens of kilometers to taste it in the early morning. The soul and essence of old noodle soup lies in the word "soup".

The original soup of Diaohualou noodle soup is made of big bones, whole chicken and eel bones. And all kinds of spices. After a long period of simmering, the noodle soup is rich and mellow. Built in 1922, the Diaolou is the residence of Jin Xizhi, a wealthy businessman in Dongshan, the "King of Cotton Yarn in Shanghai in the Republic of China". The overall design is a combination of Chinese and western styles, mainly in Chinese style, including zhaobi, brick gatehouse, front building, back building, annex room and garden. It is a masterpiece created by Xiangshan craftsmen for three years.

Jin' an

Jin 'an is located in a hut in the east of Shanxi, about 4 kilometers away from the watchtower. Surrounded by lush mountains and several houses, there is quite a quiet artistic conception of "the ancient temple is hidden in the mountains"

There are two and a half clay sculptures in the world, and Jin Zian owns one. Sixteen clay sculpture painted Luohan statues in the temple are said to be the works of the famous Grenade Chao couple in Hangzhou folk sculpture in the Southern Song Dynasty, which has a history of more than 800 years.
