Yes, as an automobile media practitioner, I chose a three-cylinder car that many people "never touch".

The model I bought is a 20 19 1.3T worry-free version. What is this version? Lu Ze has never used the 48V light mixing system, and now it has been discontinued. The landing price of the car is close to 6,543,800 yuan, which is also a relatively large discount.

What attracted me most at that time was the performance of the chassis, as well as the good appearance and configuration. Of course, the decisive factor is the big discount. As for the three-cylinder problem, because I have driven a general-purpose three-cylinder car before, I have also driven a BMW and a Lectra three-cylinder car. Relatively speaking, I think the universal three-cylinder car is still ok. So, I finally chose Lu Ze as my first car.

Up to now, this car has been in my hands for almost a year, running more than 14 thousand kilometers. With the increasing number of three-cylinder cars in the market, even Corolla/Ralink has launched a three-cylinder model of 1.5L, so I would like to take this opportunity to share with you my feelings of using a three-cylinder car as a car owner for one year. The most critical problem: jitter

People who are concerned about the automobile market should know that the vibration of a three-cylinder engine is greater than that of a four-cylinder engine, which is due to the natural physiological structure. Therefore, many people have been concerned about whether the three-cylinder car will shake. How unstable is it?

As a car owner, I can tell you responsibly. The shaking is certain, but it is not as terrible as the legend. As far as my own Lu Ze is concerned, the vibration of the vehicle is really a bit big when it is cold started and turned off. When driving at idle speed, Cruze's jitter is well suppressed from the subjective feeling in the car if it is not deliberately felt.

When waiting for the traffic lights, my habit is to push N gear, and the feeling in waiting for the bus is basically not much different from that of a four-cylinder car. However, if it is always in D gear, the jitter in the car will be greater than when the four-cylinder car is in D gear.

If a keyboard man directly tells you that "a group of three-cylinder cars shake and bring their own seat massage", then this person has basically never driven a three-cylinder car.

If the salesman in the store tells you that "our three-cylinder car doesn't shake at all, it is as stable as ordinary four-cylinder car", you can't believe it.

As far as my own feeling is concerned, the best level of a three-cylinder car at present is close to that of a four-cylinder car, but it can't be exactly the same as that of a four-cylinder car.

The biggest problem: motivation.

Three things attract people's attention: jitter, power and fuel consumption.

Jitter said, look at the power, this is what I think Lu Ze can boast.

Although it is only a 1.3T three-cylinder engine, its horsepower reaches 163Ps. I also made a comparison before buying a car, and the performance of Lu Ze's 1.3T three-cylinder engine is not bad (refer to the comparison below). As for the dynamic performance of actual driving, accelerating without blowing or blackening is really refreshing (fuel consumption will be discussed later). In the speed range of 120km/h, it is no problem to meet the needs of most users.

There's another thing I didn't notice until later. Lu Ze's 1.3T engine sounds good when it accelerates, but it feels good after listening for a long time (maybe it is the blessing of the protagonist's aura), which is still quite unexpected to me at present.

When it comes to power, it's about gearbox. Kruse uses a 6-speed manual gearbox. The shift speed is not fast. When you first start using the car, there will be obvious setbacks in switching between the second gear and the third gear. I feel much better now. If the shift is logical, this gearbox loves to downshift. As long as the accelerator is stepped deeper, it will immediately downshift and increase the engine speed to obtain better power performance.

The most embarrassing problem: fuel consumption

Like the jitter that bothers most people, there is another question: If a three-cylinder car has one less cylinder than a four-cylinder car, will the fuel consumption be lower?

In fact, whether it is a three-cylinder car or not, I will tell you that there are many factors involved in fuel consumption, including your driving habits, road conditions and so on.

Back to my own Luze, its fuel consumption performance is really not low. First of all, my driving style is semi-radical and semi-Buddhist.

I ran 14,000 kilometers, and the indoor environment was half that of Guangzhou urban area and intercity expressway. Before the epidemic, I drove to and from work every day, and traffic jams were commonplace. Later, the epidemic situation improved, and I resumed driving four times and stopping four times. Due to the limited travel (the car is a Zhuhai license plate), I went to work by subway instead. Vehicles are basically driven when going out to play on weekends, and occasionally drive to and from work. At present, the average speed is about 27 km/h.

I started to forget it after I picked up the car and filled the first tank of gas. So far, the apparent fuel consumption is 8.7L/ 100km. As a 1.3T compact car, this fuel consumption is indeed a bit high. As for the error of apparent fuel consumption, I have calculated it twice before, which is about 0.5L/ 100km (actually higher than the apparent fuel consumption).

Speaking of fuel consumption, one thing I want to complain about is that Cruze's fuel tank is too small, only 40L. In the past, traffic jams were frequent when driving to and from work. A tank of oil ran about 350km, and I basically went to the gas station once every two weeks. Fortunately, the oil price was relatively low at that time. Even if you add 95 # gasoline, it will take about 180 yuan to fill a box. But it's a little embarrassing to go to refuel often.

Owner stage summary

In terms of jitter, power and fuel consumption. Since I picked up the car, my Liu Ze jitter has not increased; Motivation has always been my greatest satisfaction with it; The fuel consumption is really not low, but now there are more expressways and ring roads, which are acceptable.

In addition, last September's batch of Cruze said that there would be a common problem of gearbox oil leakage. My car was produced in February last year, 65438+, so far this has not happened.
