After three years of natural disasters, Ningbo country club fell into a trough.

From 1963 to the beginning of 1966, the cultural center adopted the combination of point and surface, which once again promoted the prosperity of country clubs. These clubs cooperated with the socialist education movement and extensively carried out family history, village history, social history education and revolutionary story telling activities, which played an active role.

1970, the provincial revolutionary Committee asked all localities to "learn, perform and observe" revolutionary model operas, and the propaganda team of Mao Zedong Thought, Ningbo took the popularization of revolutionary model operas as the top priority. At this time, some cadres transferred from literary and art posts returned to Mao Zedong Thought Propaganda Team. At that time, Ningbo Mass Culture and Art Park presented a boring, deserted and monotonous situation because it only engaged in the "one flower" of model opera and emphasized the creative principle of "three outstanding". 197 1 set up an essay office for the 30th anniversary of "Speech at Yan 'an Forum on Literature and Art", covering drama, folk art, literature, photography and fine arts. Through essay-writing activities, the leadership and counseling power of cultural centers have been strengthened.

1972 In the second half of the year, the Mao Zedong Thought Propaganda Team was also called Ningbo Cultural Center in Ningbo. In the same year, in early February of 65438+, Yuyao held a mass cultural work conference to watch the performance of the concentric amateur cultural propaganda team of Longnan Commune.

In June 1977 1 1, the rehearsal meeting of provincial literary and artistic creation programs was held in Hangzhou. Later, Ningbo Cultural Center organized the county cultural center to send professional cadres to factories and rural areas, which made the club glow with a little vitality and the creative and performance activities became more and more active.

From 65438 to 0974, influenced by Xiao Jinzhuang's experience, Ningbo Cultural Center also set off the wind of singing loyalty songs and dancing loyalty. However, due to the general antipathy of professional cadres, they took more passive measures and soon disappeared on their own.

Zhenhai County was placed under the jurisdiction of Ningbo City from 65438 to 0978. At the end of the same year, Ningbo People's Art Museum was established on the basis of Ningbo Cultural Center, which consists of four groups: creation, literature and art, grassroots and logistics. 1 Amateur Literature and Art School edited and published Ningbo Literature and Art and Ningbo Singing. 1984 moved into the new building of Xianxue Street Group Art Museum during the Spring Festival. Every night, the building is brightly lit and the mass culture is unprecedentedly prosperous.

1993, the building next to the ancestral hall in the county where Ningbo Group Art Museum is located was demolished and temporarily moved into Qin Ancestral Hall. In June 5438+ 10 of the same year, the children's department was added.
