How to make a 3D background in PS?

First start Photoshop cs5, execute the ctrl+n key combination, and create a new file with a size of 1280*720, a background color of white, and a resolution of 150.

Select the gradient tool, set up the gradient editor, set the white to gray gradient, select the radial gradient, and drag a gradient effect from the center.

Create a new blank layer 1, select the Elliptical Marquee Tool, hold down the shift key to draw a perfect circle, and use the same method to fill it with a white to orange gradient.

Execute ctrl+d to cancel the selection, call up the layer style, check the inner shadow, use the default parameters, check the bevel and embossing, and the style is outer bevel. The method is to carve clearly, the direction is down, and the size is 26.
