Is there a big difference between the photos taken by SLR and those printed?

The photos printed by color jet are really different from those printed. However, ordinary people can't see this difference, and only senior photographers who pursue perfection will care about this difference.

1. From the point of view of image quality, the biggest difference between color inkjet photos and developed photos lies in the better "permeability" of the latter. This is related to the deep hair color characteristics of color enlarged paper. Color jet is just a pile of color pigments on the surface of color jet paper, and its permeability is obviously lower than that of expanded paper. If the selected inkjet paper is not good enough, there will be ink painting and the color performance will be worse.

2. From the perspective of color stability, the stability of color inkjet pigment ink is not ideal, it will fade quickly under exposure and become a mess when it meets water. This is also the direct reason why the ID photo refuses to use color jet photos. At present, the stability of the newly developed dye ink is slightly improved.

3. Color jet photos are simple to make, and can be made at home, which is more convenient. When using high-quality inkjet paper, the printing effect is acceptable.
