More than 200 varieties of ancient lotus, China traditional lotus and Beijing self-propagating lotus were exhibited, as well as more than 200 aquatic plants such as water lily, Wang Lian and cattail 100.

1. Show the rich lotus germplasm resources in Beijing.
There are more than 200 lotus varieties on display in this cultural festival, including traditional lotus varieties in China such as "Jiao Rong San Bian", new lotus varieties with independent intellectual property rights in Beijing such as "Pink Wu Fei", and ancient lotus flowers in the Millennium Pulandian. With more than 0/00 kinds of colorful aquatic plants such as water lily and Wang Lian, the protection, research and development strength and garden application level of aquatic plant germplasm resources such as Beijing lotus were demonstrated. In particular, the ancient lotus in the National Botanical Garden (South Garden) is an important germplasm resource of lotus plants, which not only has important archaeological research value, but also plays a unique role in China's foreign exchanges, such as' Sino-Japanese Friendship Lotus' and' Junbo Friendship Lotus', both of which are varieties cultivated by their parents. 2. Hold the Beijing Lotus Photo Contest.
In order to strengthen public participation and interaction, the organizing Committee will hold a photo contest with lotus as the theme.
