Dare to ask where the road is

Antelope Valley in Arizona, USA, has always been favored by many photographers and has become a holy place for their photography under the psychedelic lens. Whether it is the "click" sound of a professional camera or the "click" sound of a mobile phone camera, they all record the unique features and charming charm of Antelope Valley in their own ways.

This land belongs to Navajo Indians, and there are upper antelope canyon and lower antelope canyon. There used to be many forked sheep here, hence the name. Navajo people often come here to meditate or communicate with gods. Along the way, they can see many stones piled up from bottom to top from big to small. I want to know who left these. Upper Antelope Canyon is wide at the bottom and narrow at the top. In summer, when the light and shadow are at their best, a beam of light will pour down and illuminate the valley bottom. Many photographers and tourists come here specially for this purpose. They will go down to the bottom of the valley at noon to wait for the light beam and take it away with their own camera equipment. It would be a pity if they missed that time. On the other hand, the Lower Antelope Valley is wider at the top and narrower at the bottom, with less light, which is affected by seasons and time periods. However, the access to the Lower Antelope Valley will be longer, and you can spend more time wandering around the bottom of the valley, leaving different images. Because it's not summer, I can't get that unique sunshine, so I chose the Antelope Valley.

The Antelope Valley is made of soft sandstone. After hundreds of years of erosion, such as flash floods and wind erosion, the sandstone on the wall of the Antelope Valley rises and falls like running water, drawing silky lines, which can't help but remind people of the advertisement of Dove chocolate ... It is actually quite difficult to shoot in the Antelope Valley, because the light only enters from the upper edge of the canyon, and the fluctuation of the valley wall itself also creates a shadow, resulting in a very strong contrast between light and shade, and the sandstone itself is single in color. We should skillfully use light and different angles to enrich the color change of sandstone through direct reflection and refraction of light, from bright to dark, from lemon yellow to orange yellow, to orange red, and gradually to purple. It would be a blessing if the technology is good enough to photograph these colorful valley walls.

Even if the sun is shining outside, the temperature at the bottom of the valley is very low, and it twists and turns all the way, stumbling and unconsciously returning to the horizon. Touch and feel the vitality of nature with your own hands. It seems that every trace has its own special story. Try to leave more beautiful memories and be grateful. Nature has given you strange beauty that your eyes can't record. Just remember.
