The answer is: with the help of natural light, yes!

The first method: use the window and curtains to create a scene with a big difference in light ratio for shooting.

With the help of natural light, it can be realized by using the difference of light ratio. Poor light ratio means that light and shadow are very clear. In a room, the window is bright and the room will be a little dark. Such a bright and dark contrast can form a light ratio difference!

For example, in the photo below, there is a window on the left. When the sun shines from the left, the shadow will obviously appear on the right. Facing the subject, you can take photos of the dark atmosphere!

Of course, there is a trick here, that is, pull the sunshade and leave a gap on the main body, which will be clearer!

As shown below, the utensils on the right have natural light, and the rest are black, because the curtains block the light. In fact, the background here is a refrigerator, but the strong light ratio makes the background of this photo naturally dark. )

The second method: shoot directly in the light environment and find a place with light and shadow.

For example, the small table in the park pavilion and the stool on the balcony can all be realized.

The following pictures were taken on the table downstairs. There was only a little light on the right side. Just put the subject in the sun and shoot it directly.

The light and shadow in the picture below are getting weaker and weaker. Comparing the pictures above and below, there is still a great contrast between the pictures with and without light and shadow. Do you prefer photos with or without light and shadow?
