Color temperature is a physical quantity used to define the color of light source in illumination optics. That is, when a blackbody is heated to a certain temperature, and the color of the light it emits is the same as that of the light source, the temperature at which the blackbody is heated is called the color temperature of the light source, or color temperature for short. The unit is "K" (Kelvin degrees-days). For example, the sunshine at noon is 5500K K k.
Generally speaking, you can adjust the white balance through the internal menu. Take Canon camera as an example:
