Under the lonely night sky in Tokyo, two insomniac Americans met in a bar. Perhaps it was the loneliness that unconsciously leaked out of his eyes that brought this strange man and woman together quietly. In despair, they still had hope, secretly looking forward to an adventure that would change everything... Bob Harris, who is gradually passing out. Hollywood movie stars sadly and powerlessly watch their glory fade away little by little. Love fades away from marriage, and all the passion for survival disappears. Life no longer meant anything to him, as if there was only a numb body left walking blankly. Harris came to Tokyo to shoot a whiskey commercial, a job he had no interest in. Back at the hotel, just sitting alone, he was not tired, but completely tired - not only of his current life, but of life itself. Charlotte, a young and beautiful college graduate, is in her prime. She married a photographer and accompanied her husband to Tokyo, only to find that her husband was completely immersed in his work and almost ignored her. Charlotte had no choice but to wander around the city alone, wandering aimlessly on the streets. She suddenly felt how troubled she was by this state of affairs and how little she understood her husband.

A pair of equally lonely and depressed men and women sneaked into the city together, and finally found their faith again in the infinite possibilities hidden in life...
