It is oily but not greasy, and it is not swollen after eating, which is different from what is sold in the market. And it's huge, and there's another central reason: jiaozi is hot inside and cold outside when it's ready. Some people swallow it when they see it cold, and bubbles will definitely burn in their mouths. If it's big, you can only bite a little skin. This kind of thing won't happen. This taste has also come out, it is the taste of Jiangnan, in one word: soft! However, I only ate this practice a few times when I was a child. Later, adults were too troublesome, so they wrapped them in ready-made flour and lard. The taste is different from before, and now it is also an "ancient road".

Of course, when foreigners come to Ningbo to eat jiaozi, they will definitely go to the jar to duck and dog. That sign is very distinctive: no words, a jar, a duck and a dog will be enough. But this ridiculous signboard does not hinder its popularity. This is the most famous snack bar in Ningbo. Tangyuan is very natural. However, my favorite is iron tofu, and I have to have a few strings every time I go. This kind of iron-plate tofu fried with old tofu is rich in flavor and just right old. Of course, it's better to pour some hot sauce.

This reminds me of another store-Cangqiaotou Noodle Shop. I am a frequent visitor. I go every Saturday morning. It is naturally famous for noodles. The shell is soaked in alkali. It's too old to be fished out when it's tender. Meat stuffing must be "fat and thin", the most chewy kind, and it must be chewed out with gravy, just like there is oil in meat stuffed buns, which is very skillful. Of course, these are all snacks in Ningbo, and there are hundreds of other kinds, such as wine-brewed dumplings, small cages and fresh meat wonton, which are endless. But I basically eat cakes in Ningbo. Thanks to my grandmother, she likes to eat, so I ate with her and ate it all before I knew it.

The history of "Ningshi Pastry" is longer than that of jiaozi, which can be verified from the Qin Dynasty. But the most famous "Prince Cake" is said to be from the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period. Therefore, today's "Ningshi Pastry" is one of the twelve schools in China. One of the most famous is "salty with sweetness, salty with freshness", such as seaweed crisp, seaweed moon cake, seaweed oil praise … all of which are grandma's favorites. Now there is probably a "balcony". I like crispy tofu pudding candy best, mainly because it tastes really delicious when it melts in my mouth. I don't know who put Ningbo cuisine in the snack. But since there is such a classification, I'll talk about salted yellow croaker.

The materials must be exquisite. The large yellow croaker must be fresh, and several "willow mouths" should be cut on the back, and the pickled horseshoe crab should be cut into the final shape, which can be embedded in the willow mouths to taste. Winter bamboo shoots are dispensable, mainly for a natural flavor. In fact, they are very fresh without winter bamboo shoots. Cooking methods vary from place to place. Some people use soup to stew and collect soup, while others stir-fry and stew, but they all need to add a little yellow wine. When it was finally served, the soup was ivory. Large yellow croaker is fresh and tender, and it is known as "obscene golden scale nephrite paste". Salted fish is full of sour taste and pure flavor. However, there are few large yellow croaker now, and small yellow croaker is usually used instead at home. People in Ningbo also said, "My feet are a little sore if I don't eat salty soup for three days." It shows that salting-out acid is superior. In the past, I bought Qiu Ai salty squid because it was made of Qiu Ai salty squid dung. Now my dad bought Metro's "Murraya Murraya" salty squid, which is not bad. It will be very sour in a few days, and the cooking is not inferior.
