How to get to Hualien from Taipei? Where is Hualien? What's interesting about Hualien?

Speaking of Taiwan Province Province, I have never heard of anything except Kenting. Actually, I have no impression of Hualien. The main reason is that my friends say that there are not many places around me, and most of them just visit here, so I still don't know much about it, but it still doesn't affect my mood on this trip.

It's another sunny day from Kenting to Hualien. We brought buns for nine people, and the driver was from Hualien.

with the three of us in the car, there are only five passengers, and the other two are young couples.

the host is very talkative. After introducing us to the route of the day, he first walked west along the coast. Passing through a small town, the master said, here, this is Xiaoying's hometown (Tsai Ing-wen). However, among some people we contacted in Taiwan Province Province, most of them were critical of the new president.

the car started to go east again, along the mountain. Half an hour later, a winding mountain road similar to Lijiang to Lugu Lake appeared. I secretly complained, and Mr. Dou was a little upset.

Finally, before Dou Zong burst into tears, he bent down a hill and saw the endless blue Pacific Ocean in front of him. The discomfort of Panshan Road also vanished. Master said, Go to Duoliang Station immediately, and we will stop to see the scenery.

after parking, we had to walk on a hillside. The master looked at the big sun and put the beans on his shoulders, which made me feel much more at ease. This station, next to the coastline, happens to be the exit of a tunnel. Therefore, the lines of the track extend parallel to the lines of the coastline, making it an excellent place for landscape shooting.

we didn't see the train. Watch the sea, take photos and eat popsicles to relieve the heat. Dou is always satisfied with the passion fruit ice cream coaxed by his master. But the sun was so strong that it melted in three minutes, so he could only drink it as a drink.

I wore a long skirt on this day. I was riding a battery car in Kenting before, and my leg was sunburned, which made me speechless. This time, I understand why everyone likes to wear long skirts at the seaside. Not only beauty, but also sun protection.

after the rest, we will be in a much better state if we go forward. The next attractions are nothing more than the seaside, rocks and flat land. Seeing the sea too much will make you feel tired, not bored, but you will find that no matter how you look at it, the beauty you see in the Pacific Ocean will always be only a small part. It is calm and beautiful, you are nothing to it, and it is a bit frustrating to plan to occupy most of the greed.

After passing Taimali, I saw a big lucky cat, a golden flower in the right hand and a big Buddha statue on the left and right, standing at the intersection with a smile. Master said that Sakyamuni here is the most authentic, and he only recommended tourists to try Sakyamuni in Pingtung. The scientific name of Sakyamuni is Anala, which looks like Sakyamuni's hairstyle, hence the name. Interesting fruit with a huge seed core.

In the Eight Arch Bridge, a wooden sign was planted in the scenic spot to remind female tourists not to be attracted by chatting up and to prevent being cheated, because there have been cases of rape and pregnancy caused by being cheated before. I asked the teacher if he had, and the teacher said he had, but he was a taxi driver in Taipei. Even if it only happens once, it is also a big event. I think it is the most appropriate way to make such sexual assault time widely known. If our country can openly educate children in this area from an early age, there should be fewer cases of children being sexually assaulted.

Go to Shitiping and get off to take photos. The huge white rocks stand out on the blue beach, which is a good place to take pictures. We climbed the rocks, looked at the sea and took photos. The sun was hot, so I hid under the rock to cool off for a while. I met a handsome guy from Beijing who took his wife and children to road trip. He was very free and easy and took photos. We said goodbye. Master always drives beans to see seabirds' nests. It is said that there are seabird eggs, but I didn't see them.

the next stop is the lunch place. Success. Success doesn't sound like a place name, but it is. Success beef noodles are easy to understand. This noodle restaurant was designated by the travel agency. We all ordered the signature three fresh noodles, beef brisket, beef tendon and tripe. The taste is very heavy, not as diverse as onion, ginger and garlic and domestic beef noodles.

After passing another place, the master said that the flying fish and egg sausage cooked by the roadside grandmother was the most authentic, so he invited us to eat it. It is really delicious. Fish and eggs mixed with pork, wonderful, and my share of crab yellow dumplings eaten by bean manager is similar.

Arrive in Hualien at five o'clock in the afternoon. We stayed in a youth hostel near the railway station, which was the first time in my life. The room is relatively small with bunk beds. For the first time, Mr. Dou was very happy and insisted on the upper berth. I'll just let him go.

It is necessary to go to Qiangzi Night Market at night. We walked there for more than 3 minutes, and it was always a long way to coax beans with juice.

Hualien County used to be the home of the Ami people, and the Ami people were a matriarchal society. I wonder if it is Chinese now. Someone sings in the night market, and the wall says "Native Street". Dou always rides a rocking car at will, and I also eat delicious oyster omelet and taro milk tea at will.

it rained a little at night, so the next day's itinerary could not be determined. Alice has a resistance to battery cars and is more worried about exposure. Finally, after getting up, go to the opposite bus stop to see the situation.

Get up in the morning, eat toast in the youth hostel and cook fried eggs in the public kitchen. I quite like this semi-self-help way. It began to rain outside while drinking tea.

after breakfast, we took our umbrellas to the station. Before doing the raiders, Bishui Cliff is a must. Although there are buses, the interval is very long. There happened to be a couple asking questions and speaking Mandarin, so we chartered a car and went to Qingshui Cliff and Taroko Park together.

The mountains are extremely steep, and caves and tunnels come and go. Under the cliff is the gray Pacific Ocean, which makes you nervous when you get close. The observation deck of Qingshui Cliff (local people say Ai) is halfway up the mountain, looking across. Nature's uncanny workmanship cut the cliff into pieces. The black cliff stone near it and the dark gray sea water in the distance form a visual impact. Look up, white fog, look at the top of the mountain.

Then the car turned a corner and went to the trail, Swallow Pit, Tianxiang and Green Water. Beans always don't want to walk much, so we just stroll along the path and watch the flood wash down the valley. There are falling rocks in Swallow Pit, so everyone should wear safety helmets when going in and out. Although I didn't see a falling stone, this kind of safety awareness is lacking in our country.

at the last stop, it was raining cats and dogs. We eat instant noodles and sausages at 711. This is a beautiful place, but it is also a steep place. There is a sign on the railing outside 711 to protect wild animals from feeding monkeys. Most of the aborigines have moved away. It is said that some of them insist on staying and hunting, but few people do so. This is also a way of life and a way of life.

Rain, let's speed up our journey. I started my return trip without going to a nearby temple. On the road, I met a big car to avoid it, and I was blocked for a while.

The owner is a cautious person and drives steadily. He is also a person who does well in manners. He always gets off the bus with Dou Zong in his arms and gives Dou Zong a children's umbrella. You talk to him, he will look at you and talk. Alice, who was sitting in the co-pilot, didn't dare to talk to him much all the way.

On the way, we went to Qixingtan, because the temperature drop caused by heavy rain was limited to taking a blurred photo. This pebble is beautiful, but the sign in the scenic spot clearly says that you will be fined if you take it away.

after the trip to the lotus flower ended in a hurry because of a heavy rain, all of us felt a little lost in our hearts. However, it is not necessarily a good thing to have regrets during the trip. It is because of regret that we are deeply impressed by this place and think it is a good thing. Although this trip is not long, I still have some tips to share with you.

Qixingtan, Taroko,

Gumuyu and Qingshui Cliff

[ Tips ]

1. I don't recommend you to hike Taroko in winter. The reason is that winter is affected by the northeast monsoon, and Taipei, Yilan, Hualien and Taitung are all rainy seasons.

Second, the Rift Valley in East Africa is a landform, not a place name. It takes 3.5-4 hours to drive to Hualien City, Hualien County, Taitung City, Taitung County. This is based on the premise that there is no traffic jam during the Lunar New Year.

Third, the sunshine time in Hualien is quite long. It is recommended to take sun protection measures when traveling.
