Extended information:

In addition to your passport and valid visa, you may be required to show proof of residence funds, days, purpose and medical insurance when you enter the country, so you should bring a copy of the visa application materials (original medical insurance and economic guarantee, if any) on the road.

Under normal circumstances, the maximum residence time is 9 days every six months. Under special circumstances, such as training and individual audit, according to the employment regulations, the maximum residence time is only 9 days per year. (If you plan to stay longer, you must apply for a long-term visa that requires the approval of the relevant aliens administration. )

Please note: the prerequisite for applying for a business visa is that most of your stay will be spent on business matters. Otherwise, you must apply for visiting relatives and friends or a tourist visa (see the relevant instructions of the German Consulate General in Shanghai).
