Steps and procedures of outbound tourism

Traveling abroad or going on business trips is not far away for China people. Many people have traveled or will travel by international flights. Here, I bring you the Steps and Flows of Outbound Flight, hoping to help you.

1. Purchase airport construction fee and aviation insurance.

Charging standard: 90 yuan RMB per passenger; Children under 12 (inclusive) can be exempted from airport construction fees if they hold half tickets. You can also buy aviation accident insurance yourself. If you are a passenger holding a diplomatic passport, transiting, flying by special plane or chartered flight, please refer to the relevant charging standards for details of airport construction fees. Tip: Airport vouchers can only be purchased and used in the departure terminal, and are valid on the same day.

2. Customs exit inspection

If you have anything to declare, please go through the red channel and go through the customs formalities; If not, please take the green channel. Tip: The flight notice has detailed customs regulations on articles that need to be declared and prohibited from leaving the country.

3. Check your luggage and change your boarding pass

In order to ensure your smooth boarding, it is recommended that you arrive at the terminal 2.5-3 hours before the flight takes off, because check-in will stop 30 minutes before the flight takes off. Tip: Some airlines may follow their own standards. Please pay attention to the relevant tips on the ticket. The check-in counter number of your flight will be displayed on the big screen in the lobby. With your ticket and valid ID, you can check in at the designated check-in counter, check your luggage and get your boarding pass. 4. Go through the health and quarantine formalities

If you are a China tourist who has been abroad for more than one year, a valid health certificate is essential. If you are a passenger going to an epidemic area, you should get the necessary vaccine.

5. Border inspection

Foreign passengers are requested to submit their valid passports, certificates and exit registration cards, and leave the country within the time limit specified in the valid entry visa; Passengers from China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents) should submit your valid passport, certificate, visa to the country, exit registration card and certificate of going abroad issued by relevant departments.

6, safety inspection

You need to show: valid ID, plane ticket, boarding pass and airport construction fee. For flight safety, you have to go through the metal detection door, and the items need to be detected by X-ray machine. Tip: Some items are prohibited and restricted. 7. Waiting and boarding

Congratulations, the boarding procedure has been completed. Now you can wait at the corresponding boarding gate according to the boarding slogan on the boarding pass and listen to the broadcast prompts to board the plane. Don't forget to show your boarding pass when boarding.
