Is tourism an industry?

Now it can be roughly divided into three industries, the primary industry, the secondary industry, and the tertiary industry.

Heavy industry belongs to the primary industry;

Light industry belongs to the secondary industry;

The service industry belongs to the tertiary industry, and tourism is an emerging industry. The service industry should belong to the tertiary industry.

Tourism itself is also an industry.
