Qingdao is a city in Shandong province.

Qingdao, a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Shandong Province, is also known as Island City, Jiaoao, sub-provincial city, city with separate plans, mega-city, an important coastal central city in China, a coastal resort city and an international port city approved by the State Council.
