(eight) driving a motor vehicle is not required to avoid the school bus;

(nine) driving a truck that exceeds the maximum allowable total mass by more than 30% and less than 50%, or carrying passengers in violation of regulations;

(ten) driving a motor vehicle without a motor vehicle license plate installed in accordance with the provisions on the road;

(eleven) after the vehicle fails or stops on the road, it fails to use lights or set warning signs in accordance with the regulations;

(twelve) driving a road bus, a tourist bus or a dangerous goods transport vehicle that fails to carry out safety technical inspection regularly according to the regulations;

(thirteen) before the school bus on the road, did not check whether the school bus condition meets the safety technical requirements, or driving the school bus with safety hazards on the road;

(fourteen) driving a truck for more than 4 hours without stopping or parking for less than 20 minutes;

(fifteen) driving a motor vehicle on the highway below the prescribed minimum speed.
