Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 This Law is formulated for the purpose of maintaining road traffic order, preventing and reducing traffic accidents, protecting personal safety, protecting the property safety and other legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and other organizations, and improving traffic efficiency.

article 8 the state practices a registration system for motor vehicles. Article 9 To apply for motor vehicle registration, the following certificates and vouchers shall be submitted:

(4) tax payment certificate or tax exemption certificate of vehicle purchase tax;

(5) other certificates and vouchers that should be submitted when the motor vehicle is registered according to laws and administrative regulations.

Article 3 Where roads are damaged by collapse, potholes, water damage and uplift, or traffic facilities such as traffic lights, traffic signs and traffic markings are damaged or lost, the maintenance department or management department of roads and traffic facilities shall set warning signs and repair them in time.
