Notice of Shandong Province on the Implementation of Ticket Reductions and Discounts for State-owned Scenic Areas

Municipal Development and Reform Commissions, Culture and Tourism Bureaus, and Finance Bureaus:

In order to stimulate tourism consumption, To expand effective market demand, in accordance with the decisions and arrangements of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, it was decided to reduce the ticket prices of state-owned scenic spots in our province in stages and further increase the discounts. The relevant matters are now notified as follows:

1. Reduce the first ticket price of state-owned A-level tourist attractions

(1) From June 1 to September 30, 2022, for me Tickets for the first pass of the provincial state-owned A-level tourist attractions are discounted by no less than 50% off (excluding weekends, statutory holidays and consecutive holidays). The specific price reduction range shall be determined by the scenic spot within the prescribed range. The reference price for government-guided price reductions in scenic spots is the maximum ticket price stipulated by development and reform departments at all levels, and the reference price for market-regulated price reductions in scenic spots is the provincial government's "On Issuance of the 2022 "Stability and Progress" High-Quality Development Policy List (Third Batch) Notice" (Lu Zhengfa [2022] No. 8) issued the ticket prices effective on the day.

(2) 137 price reduction scenic spots, including 12 5A-level scenic spots such as Mount Tai, Qufu "Three Kongs", Laoshan Mountain, and Taierzhuang Ancient City, and 4A-level scenic spots such as Qianfo Mountain, Qingdao Underwater World, and Yuanshan National Forest Park. 60, including 60 3A-level scenic spots and 5 2A-level scenic spots (see the attachment for the list of scenic spots).

2. Increase ticket discounts and discounts for special groups

(1) Scenic spots that implement government-guided price management will offer free tickets to the following special groups:

Parks invested and built by the government offer free admission to retired military personnel.

(3) Scenic spots that implement government-guided price management offer half-price tickets to minors aged 6-18 and students with a full-time undergraduate degree or below.

(4) Scenic spots that implement market-adjusted prices offer free admission to senior citizens over 70 years old, and half-price admission to senior citizens under 70 years old.

(5) Encourage all localities and scenic spots to implement more flexible, larger, and more forms of preferential measures for ticket exemptions and exemptions based on the characteristics of the scenic spots and actual operation and management, and expand the scope of ticket exemptions and exemptions for special groups. If the state or province has other regulations, such regulations shall prevail.

3. Support the implementation of combined ticket prices for tourist route scenic spots

For tourist route scenic spots that are geographically similar, highly complementary, and have formed characteristics and markets, on the basis of retaining single tickets, various places , Each scenic spot can implement combined ticket prices, and implement a one-ticket multiple-day use system to further increase the discount. The prices of scenic spots combined tickets on tourist routes are subject to market adjustment and are determined by independent negotiations between relevant scenic spots.

4. Effectively implement the organization and implementation

Each city should, in accordance with the requirements of the notice, effectively implement the arrangements for price reduction of tickets for state-owned scenic spots and the implementation of reductions and exemptions for special groups. All scenic spots must conscientiously implement various epidemic prevention and control measures, improve ticket reservation, inspection and other management systems to ensure the safe and orderly operation of scenic spots. Major problems encountered during the implementation of price reduction discounts in scenic spots should be reported to the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and the Provincial Department of Finance in a timely manner.

This notice shall come into effect from the date of issuance.
