Where is Bacelo?
Architect Gaudi's architecture is considered to be the most primitive and important building in the 20th century, and it is the representative of modern architectural art .. Let's take a look at Gaudi's works exposed to the impressive sunshine in the Mediterranean.
August House: Rooftop like a Dragon Ridge
The next stop of tourism destination: outdoor exploration in space, a trip to paradise in New Caledonia intertwined with love and hate, focusing on Casa Batlo, a well-known domestic enterprise, can be regarded as Gaudi's famous work. It is said that the story of "George killed the dragon to save the princess" circulating in Catalonia is the inspiration for this architectural design. The arc on the edge of the roof is like a dragon ridge, and the tiles are arranged according to a certain curve, which is like scales on the dragon body under the sunlight. The three-dimensional cross on the upper left is like a sword inserted on the undulating dragon ridge, and the chimney is a cocked dragon tail. This mysterious house looks even more beautiful at night. Gaudi himself called it "looks like a house in heaven" excitedly.
The stained glass and colorful roof tiles embedded in the exterior wall present a continuity, giving the building a strong artistic sense. Walking in the conch-shaped white spiral staircase in the house, a world of light and shadow is presented. The arch beam creates an elegant arc, and the windows on each floor gradually become smaller with the change of height, in order to adjust the lighting. The ceiling and colors of each room are endless and full of creativity. The dream world on the roof is dedicated to washing and drying.
The interior design of the house is equally amazing. The blue tiles with different shades create an atmosphere of the sea, symbolizing the interaction between Catalonia and the sea. Furniture such as stair handrails, window frames, tables and chairs made of streamlined teak are all elegant.
Mira House: Rock mass eroded by seawater
Mira House designed by Yu is the last non-religious private residence of Gao, and it is also his most mature and revolutionary work.
The facade of Mira House is treated as a series of horizontal undulating lines, and the height of the building is in harmony with the sense of surface undulation. From the outside, the wall is uneven, patchwork and full of fluidity, and the hard stone is made into a soft curve like water, such as the undulating sea. The balcony railing is twisted.
The next stop of tourism destination: outdoor exploration in space, mixed with love and hate. New Caledonia's paradise tour focuses on the iron bars and plates of well-known domestic enterprises, hanging on the rock like clusters of messy seaweed. The whole building looks like weathered rock mass eroded by seawater.
In addition to attractive appearance, climbing on the roof, more than a dozen novel "alien warriors" stood on it, making people seem to have traveled through time and space to the future world. Even today, nearly a century later, these designs are still as avant-garde and dazzling.
Mira House is also a practical example. There are parking lots, big rooms, elevators and balconies. Although the appearance of the building looks heavy, it is actually a thin slate. Every household in this house can be illuminated on both sides, and all indoor spaces can be connected in series to save aisle space. The walls inside the building can be moved, which is suitable for indoor reorganization. At that time and today, it was a bold, scientific and avant-garde design.
Sagrada Familia Cathedral: Unfinished Works of Art
Gaudi spent the last ten years of his life beside the construction site of Sagrada Familia. He devoted his whole life to this work and was finally buried in the basement of the church. The construction of this church has spanned three centuries and is still under construction, which will take at least 20 years to complete.

The next stop of tourism destination: outdoor exploration in space, mixed with love and hate. The paradise tour in New Caledonia focuses on changing the square tower of the well-known enterprise church in China into a circular tower, increasing it to 18, representing Jesus' 12 followers, four missionaries and the Virgin Mary respectively, and the tallest spire in the middle symbolizes Jesus himself.
When Gaudi died, the facade showing the birth of Jesus on the east side of the building was basically completed, with extremely complicated and meticulous decorations and carvings all over the wall, showing unparalleled superb architectural skills.
There are three entrances on the front. The biggest entrance in the middle is the "Gate of Love", which describes the birth of Jesus. There are symbolic green cypress and white dove of peace on it, and the triangular hole under the tree is a statue of the crowned Virgin Mary of Jesus. On the right side of the "Gate of Love" is the "Gate of Faith", which describes the scene where St. John, the apostle of Jesus, was inspired. On the left of the "Gate of Love" is the "Gate of Hope", and the theme of the scene is the growth of Jesus.
Gu 'ai Park: A Colorful Fairy Tale World
On the hills outside Barcelona, Gouel Park is both modern and romantic. Starting from the main entrance of the park, all the stairs are composed of arcs and circles, with a Catalan dragon lying in the middle as a totem, which divides the stairs into several sections. All surfaces are composed of colorful fragments, mixed with gorgeous colors, as if they were in a colorful fairy tale world. Multicolored mosaics are as bright as children's paintings. If you look closely, you will find that mosaics are not specially fired, but are made up of many glass bottles, broken tableware, teapots and tea bowls.
Stepping up the stairs is a square, with 86 Doric columns supporting the wavy roof decorated with colorful mosaics, which is called the Baizhu Hall. The pillars in the hall are not vertical, supporting the roof skillfully like natural stalagmites. The square is surrounded by beautifully decorated, snake-shaped benches, which is a model of the combination of beauty and practicality. The curved chair extends the length and can accommodate more people. On the back of the stool, Sikes' colorful and strange patterns radiate different colors with the change of daytime light, which really looks like a living giant snake or dragon.
