Three-day free travel guide to Hangzhou

Hangzhou is a city full of vitality and passion. It is also a place of enlightenment that awakens many people in their dreams countless times. As one of the paradise cities, Hangzhou is located in the water town of Jiangnan, with beautiful mountains and clear waters and fertile land. , has been rich since ancient times and is a beautiful place to travel. Let me share with you the best tips for a three-day trip to Hangzhou.

Hotel Accommodation

Address: A youth hostel near Nansong Imperial Street in Hangzhou.

Hangzhou’s subway transportation is not particularly developed, which is also due to Hangzhou’s large area. So I directly chose this store not far from the West Lake and in the scenic area.

Host: Wangdas Japanese-style Youth Hostel

Comprehensive evaluation:

1. The location is very good, just near the Southern Song Dynasty Imperial Street. It is absolutely perfect for eating and drinking. Don’t worry, you can also go shopping at night.

2. I was looking forward to it before I came here, because there is a bar-like activity hall on the second floor. When there are many people, everyone plays games together, which is really a great atmosphere. Movies are shown in the lobby every night, and friends from all over the world sit here for a while and order some drinks. I think it can be called a very romantic thing to meet someone in a foreign country by fate. It reminds me of Central Perk in Friends.

And this store will provide short-term tour groups for some travel routes. For example, friends who want to go to Wuzhen or Qiandao Lake can experience the fixed price.

Because we were two people, we booked a double room. The room was small, but fully equipped and had an independent bathroom. We were satisfied. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Hangzhou.

Three-day tour itinerary

Day 1: West Lake

Recommended route for those who have been there: Leifeng Tower-Huagang Fish Viewing-Su Causeway-Bai Causeway-Pinghu Qiuyue - Broken Bridge and Remaining Snow (can also be done in reverse order

Actually, our route is not this, but because we took a detour, we recommended the above route.

Our route is the first We walked directly to Su Causeway and then to Feilai Peak of Lingyin Temple. Then we took a bus to Bai Causeway and saw the broken bridge with residual snow. Then the next day we discovered that Leifeng Pagoda was right in front of Su Causeway.

Leifeng Pagoda (40 yuan/person at Jingsi Station

You can take bus No. 51, 4, 87, etc. and get off at Jingsi Station

Leifeng Pagoda In fact, it collapsed once, and it was only after the foundation of the original tower was rebuilt that the ten scenic spots of the West Lake "Leifeng Sunset" were re-presented to the world.

The Leifeng Tower can also be said to be relatively modern. It’s not big inside (there’s not a lot of stuff). The main thing is to go up to the top of the tower and have a panoramic view of the West Lake (it’s very windy, so watch the hat picture 2). You can finish it in about an hour.

Su Causeway (Jingsi Station

p>

Su Causeway is quite long. We recommend that you wear comfortable shoes. Your feet are almost broken at the end of the day. The scenery on Su Causeway is very beautiful. It takes less than two hours to walk down to Huagang View. The fish also go there on the way to Sudi.

Baidi (Geling Station)

You can reach Baidi by walking all the way from the south to the northwest of Sudi and then walking on Beishan Road. At the southwest end. Pinghu Qiuyue is also a scenery on Baidi Road. Baidi is shorter than Sudi. Hangzhou Museum is also near Baidi, but I don’t have time to go there.

Broken Bridge and Remaining Snow. Stop

My suggestion is to go from Su Causeway to Bai Causeway, and finally go to the Broken Bridge with Snow, which is considered the "top spot" among the ten scenic spots in West Lake, because it is at the northeast end of Bai Causeway. Come here, so there are so many people. You read it right, there are people on the bridge, and the scenery is of course beautiful.

Be sure to choose a good location when you get off the bridge. The panoramic view.

Special mention: Santan Yinyue is on an island near Su Causeway. You have to take a boat to see it. The scenery is more beautiful at sunset, so if you want to come here last, you can. You can reverse the route I recommend, starting from the Broken Bridge with Remaining Snow, and finally going to Lei Feng Tower, where you can also overlook the night view of the West Lake (it should be so beautiful too.

Then you have finished visiting the West Lake at this point. I was really exhausted at the end of the day. __Whether it’s the Lei Feng Tower or the Broken Bridge with Remaining Snow, you can go for a walk on the very beautiful Nanshan Road to the east. We didn’t go to Nanshan Road to see it, but we kept passing by it by car. It’s beautiful. There are also quite a few restaurants and cafes. If you’re tired after a day of shopping, you can find a good place to sit.

The next day: Feilaifeng Lingyin Temple-Santianzhu-Xixi. Wetland

Feilaifeng Lingyin Temple (Lingyin Station 75 yuan/person

We went to Lingyin Temple after seeing Su Causeway on the first day,

_Take Route 7 or Route 807 and get off at Lingyin Station. Tickets for Feilai Peak Lingyin Temple are charged separately. Feilai Peak is 45RMB/person. If you want to enter Lingyin Temple alone, it will cost 30RMB/person.

As a well-preserved thousand-year-old ancient temple, it is worth entering. Someone will give you three sticks of incense for free. You are not allowed to bring your own incense. There are also stories about Jigong inside that you can read about. There are many temples on Feilai Peak, including Sansheng Stone and so on.

Tiantianzhu (Lingyin Station)

On Tianzhu Road, it is divided into Upper Tianzhu Faxi Temple, Middle Tianzhu Temple Fajing Temple, and Lower Tianzhu Temple Fajing Temple.

__It seems that except for Zhongtianzhu Temple, all the places charge entrance fees. It is very close to Lingyin Temple. We went to Lingyin Temple due to time reasons and did not go here. It is said that the scenery is not worse than Lingyin Temple, and Tianzhu Road is the ancient road to incense. Also awesome. If you are interested, you can go and have a look.

Xixi Wetland (80 yuan/person at Xixi Tiantang Station)

We haven’t been here so we won’t post the picture. It is said online that you can take the Holiday Line 1 at Lingyin Station. Transfer to No. 149 at Xinliangting Station and get off at Xixi Tiantang Station.

Xixi Wetland is said to be known as the "Lijiang of Hangzhou". It is a very young attraction and is not recommended for those who like to see cultural landscapes. Here it is, it seems you can take a boat there. Although I didn’t go here, I still recommend the next Jiuxi Eighteen Streams!

Day 3: Jiuxi Eighteen Streams (Jiuxi Station< /p>

As one of the ten scenic spots in the new West Lake, the scenery is completely natural, with a fresh sense of craftsmanship, and is full of osmanthus flowers from Juelong (although I didn’t catch it, the Longjing tea mountains and surprising streams are what I think of Hangzhou. My favorite place.

The entire Jiuxi Eighteen Rivers are shaped like a "Y", starting from Longjing Village on the left and Yangmeiling on the right. However, we started from the tail of the "Y". It takes about one morning or afternoon to finish the tour.

The famous "Jiuxi Smoke Tree" is located at the intersection of "Y".

You can choose to arrive at Jiuxi from Longjing Village. After the Yanshu River, go up right and go directly from Yangmeiling to Manjuelong.

It’s really beautiful, feel it for yourself! The color of the water will turn blue or green every time it snows or rains. , or purple, so you will see different scenery every time you go, which reminds me of the sentence in "The Drunkard's Pavilion" that "the scenery in the four seasons is different, and the joy is endless"

The air is particularly fresh. There are also many B&Bs inside, which friends with the conditions can try (it seems there are also nursing homes, private villas, and tea farmers’ shops. I’m really jealous of everyone who can live here for a long time.

Note. : Remember not to strike up a conversation with the tea farmers here, no, with anyone here, unless you want to be invited into the house to taste Longjing and buy some Longjing tea for 580 yuan a pound!

Dining and Food

Zhiweiguan

As a time-honored restaurant in Hangzhou with many branches, it has also been recommended by many people. Hangzhou cuisine is mainly light and slightly sweet, because it is not suitable for Northeasterners. I am used to beets, (I had a deep shadow of Shanghai cuisine when I went to Shanghai before. I was also afraid of it before coming here. But we still went to Zhiweiguan in the evening. Except for Longjing shrimps and West Lake vinegar fish, the prices of other dishes were not expensive. We ordered water shield soup, xiaolongbao and pianerchuan, which are all Hangzhou specialties.

To be honest, the xiaolongbao was too greasy, and the water shield soup was very light and delicious. Erchuan is hard to describe in one word. It’s not that it tastes bad! It’s just that the food in the north is very different. Overall, it’s useless. We couldn’t walk at night the next day, and it rained all the time, so our shoes got wet and it was cold. We were hungry and ate at any restaurant near the Southern Song Dynasty Imperial Street.

The price was very cheap. We ordered the Hangzhou Pepper Dongpo Pork, West Lake Vinegar Fish and Garlic Chrysanthemum. The West Lake Vinegar Fish was delicious. The two of us almost finished the whole fish. You can see in Picture 7 that a lot of minced ginger was sprinkled on top of the fish. The fish was sour and sweet and very refreshing!

Southern Song Dynasty Royal Street

We live in Hefang Street, which is considered a residence in the scenic area. It is very close to the Southern Song Dynasty Imperial Street. There are many streets around the Southern Song Dynasty Imperial Street. The streets are all unique. There are many snacks on the streets and many Hangzhou specialties. We bought a bunch of Osmanthus Gao from Laohangbang store to give to friends. After trying almost all the Osmanthus cakes on this street, I think Laohangbang’s Osmanthus Gao is the only one that has a strong osmanthus flavor. Osmanthus cake!

Recommended specialty stores: Lao Hang Bang, Southern Song Dynasty Hu Ji (also delicious, a little expensive)

Hangzhou is very big and the scenery is beautiful. If you still have If you have time, you can go to Gongchen Bridge and Songcheng. If it is summer, you can also go to see the West Lake Musical Fountain. Starting at about 7:30 in the evening, the Yunxi Bamboo Trail is also one of the top ten scenic spots in the West Lake.

Actually, I wanted to go to Qiandao Lake, but I couldn’t go because the road was blocked by heavy snow.

Because I always remembered the sentence in the novel I read when I was a child: "There is a seat under Qiandao Lake." "City, there is a girl named Jiang Sheng in my heart." So I really want to see it. Leave some regrets for next time.
